Good stuff good people

Easy site to navigate, cool ass smokewares. Just got the freeze pipe with a coozie wrap and cooling stone and about to order the bubbler blunt thingy. Very excited about having cooler smoking experiences=a very satisfied customer!

Great company. They will get back to you soon with any questions. 👍

Just ordered my first piece and I am super anxious for it to get here. Great sight, very descriptive and easy to navigate. Super stoked to have a smoother smoke!!!!!

Everything wuz good can't wait to get it shipped to me so I can try it out

This is my 4th time a product from freeze pipe and I'm sure there will be more!! Best smoothest coldest hits!!

These bongs will give you the smoothest rip of your life and it would be worth the price if they weren’t so fragile. This glass is marketed to be strong but do not let that fool you, I have broken two glycerin coils and cracked a base just while cleaning but customer service was amazing with replacements.

Awesome company, the peace came defective and they replaced with out a doubt. Great customer service.

They shipped me an order with critical pieces missing. Completely useless. Beeker Bong with no coil

From sales to the actual product quality and performance all the way through to customer service, this company is awesome! I have found a life long company/friend/family member to stand behind, I am so excited to see what they come up with next.

The piece is smooth and gives a fresh refreshing pull, very refreshing. This was my roommates piece and I unfortunely broke the glycerin coal while attempting to clean it. It was quick and easy to purchase a replacement. I didn't need to buy the complete set-up and was able to just purchase the piece I needed. I guess it's a good thing I broke it because I went for the upgrade and grabbed DNA-XL. I'm excited to see the performance!

Good communication and understanding. Awesome product cause it does what they say it will do. Made the wife happy 😁 Rick

Awesome product lots of transparency of shipping

I've been buying FreezPipes for almost 5 years now and I don't know if I'll ever not use a glycerin tube again. It just provides another level of smooth that friends are always shocked with.

In regards to the company themselves, they've always been super helpful and kind whenever I have any sort of issues or questions. Gotta love having an involved owner too!

All of the glass is amazing quality.

I stated with the GBT Freedom on a whim. And attached it to my Venty vape with the adapter that came with it, & it worked great!
So I ordered a small coil. The adapter works for that, and it is SO much better! I got a 15% off email and decided to get a bubbler and a middle glycerine coil, and do a 3-stacker on top of the Venty! I love that you can just try a piece then just keep adding to it whenever you want. Free shipping is nice when I forget to include koozies!

The company is great to deal with my coil was defective and they took care of it without any hassle sending me a new one for free. Shipping wasn’t as fast as I thought but the customer service makes up for it the box it came in was dope too

Product is as advertised. Relatively new smoker and this helps tremendously. Quality product, beautiful piece, I bought the steamroller and I love it. How can I become a brand rep!

There are no words to describe how completely amazing FreezePipe products are. My recommendation is to HURRY and get the best bong you can afford - no offense to the Steamroller - but bongs are much better and has more of the reason you’re buying - it actually DOES what it claims. I had moderate expectations… until I tried it. If you’re patient, you will not notice that you just took a massive rip until you release the smoke. Rarely do products EXCEED your expectations & I assure you… FreezePipe is one of those products. You will not want to use any other device after using your Beaker Bong Pro. Even more amazing… the customer service and constant effort to please the customer, you cannot find better support from a company. They really are proud of their product and should be. It’s like going from a rotary phone to an iPhone 15 Pro. Yes… it IS that dramatic of a difference. Do not spend a penny on a device until you have your favorite Bong from TheFreezePipe.com. You will want to kick yourself for waiting. I promise!
