I love love love Frye boots
I love love love Frye boots, I will never buy anything else!!!! I have six pairs and would love a seventh if it wasn't just after Christmas :) they are the most beautiful and best made boots I have ever had in my entire life and I am 54!! i have over 400 pairs of shoes, but my Frye boots are BY FAR my most favorite!!! My hat is off to this truly spectacular company!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Great boots but can be inconsistent
I love the Frye boots that I have but I did have some trouble actually settling on a pair. I have both a pair of the harness boots and a pair of tall Veronica boots and love them both. However I Had to order many pairs until finding good ones as the quality and sizing do not seems to be consistent. I did not have any trouble with my returns.

I'm looking for a pair of women's, black, lace-up, waterproof, motorcycle boots. Thanks for the reviews. I will look elsewhere. Years ago, Frye was the go to boot shop. I see that they have sadly changed.
Horrendous customer service
Horrendous customer service. I received one pair of boots (out of three) with an unsewn seem. They offered me $8.88 to get them fixed! I'm not inconvenienced and have to bring them to the post office–and I was not offered the sale discount on a different pair of boots. They directed negativity towards me about their defective boots they shipped me -and the lack of customer service provided. I had been buying Frye boots for decades. No more. Quality and serivce are not what they used to be.

I placed an order on july 26 using a promo code (order number 310368) that i got from a friend. The order was confirmed and it was supposed to ship in around 2 days. 5 days later it still didn't ship so i emailed them, waited almost a week and got no response, so i called them. The customer service representative said that the promo code i used was "only for existing customers" and therefore my order will not be shipped. They did not email me anything about this nor did they refund me. When asking the representative about my refund she said i will be refunded within 48 hours. It is now august 9th, five days after speaking to them and i still did not get my refund or any emails about it. Never ever buy from this company they have terrible customer service and will hold your money hostage for as long as they want. Update: August 19th I got my refund. Almost a full month after placing my order. If you live paycheck to paycheck or just don't want to feel like you've been robbed then don't ever order from this company.

the same as JUDITH...A PURCHASE WAS MADE ON FEBRUARY 15.2020..I HAD NO RIGHT TO CANCELL IT 24 HOURS LATER..SO I RECEIVED THE BOOTS THROUGH BORDERFREE..-WHICH BY THE WAY DID NOT FIT-....AND THE JOURNEY STARTS..E MAILS,AGAIN E MAILS..THE DO NOT KNOW WHO IS GOING TO ISSUE THE RETURN VOUCHER..THEY DO NOT RESPOND TO ANY MAIL UNLESS 3 WEEKS HAVE PASSED..THE SEND ME FROM FRYE CUSTOMER SERVICE TO BORDERFREE AND VICE VERCA..THE THING IS I HAVE SENT THE BOOTS BACK A MONTH AGO..AND I CANNOT FIND OUT IF THEY ARRIVED..OR WHO IS GOING TO REFUND ME..- 4 - FOUR MONTHS AFTER THE PURCHASE....THANK GOT THERE ARE INTITUTIONS LIKE BANKS...OR CYBERCRIME UNIT TO DEAL WITH THIS KIND OF INTERNET SHOPS..REALLY A SHAME
Quality and Service Total CRAP
Quality and Service Has Both Disappeared. Frye has always had a decent product, but the last three years quality has declined drastically. Customer service is the big issue though. I returned an item well over two weeks ago, got an email 8 days ago that the return was received..... and I still haven't received even the initiation of a refund. What the hell are the people in the warehouse doing?? When I called the customer service line, the representative was rude and dismissive, like taking 7-10 days to process a return that is SITTING in your warehouse is normal. Seriously, most of the items on their website have a star rating of 2 or 3. Look for yourself. Crap quality and crap service. Stay away.

Terrible ongoing experience trying to return a pair of boots I ordered, don't do it to yourselves, don't order from here. The boots don't fit so I emailed the international Frye address listed on the order confirm email...no response....emailed them again...no response. Tried to start an online refund using the Frye website - it doesn't recognise my email address, postcode or order number. Emailed customer services...no response....emailed them again...no response. Two angry tweets...no response. TERRIBLE NONEXISTANT customer service. Will now have to call their US customer service telephone line which has a 10 minute queue at international rates..... Update Feb 2: Thankfully the PR person responded to my pleading email and sent me a return label (which cost me approx. £25!). Frye received the parcel on Jan 15 and still no refund....Have emailed my friendly PR lady to see if she can help
