Order came quickly. Shoes were well boxed and in great condition. Daughter loves her unicorn shoes. Grateful to find a stockist for Be Lenka shoes for her higher foot profile!

Réponse de The Functional Joint
Thankyou for the helpful review!
Works great but you have to wait!
The product is great and works exactly as described. The main issues are the overall cost ($30 when two are bought from other stores for $42), and the postage/time ($9 for a 40g tin). The cost for an ointment that is mass produced is quite high compared to competitors. The postage time was excessive after payment (Melb to Adl). Buying products from Melb a great deal that arrive within 3-5 days and don’t understand the cost for such a small package and the wait time. This was bought when we had run out not knowing it would take so long to be posted. This an Australian product, and supporting business here is imperative, though made much more difficult with excessive costs and handling. Should we be looking at a different supplier?

Hi Chris,
I'm sorry that your experience did not live up to your expectations. If you can provide a website with a cheaper price we are happy match for you.
As for shipping, you are welcome to point me to a cheaper carrier.

You are welcome!
Amazing service, great price, fast shipping!
The Functional Joint were amazing to deal with for my recent purchase of some Vivobarefoot shoes. The customer service was amazing as I had some issues with not receiving the welcome discount code, but they were completely understanding via email and quickly resolved the issue. They had the best price I could find for the product and it was great having peace of mind with a clearly explained returns policy, if I had any issues.
The shoes are amazing and it only took me a week to come back and buy a second pair (trail version this time) from The Functional Joint again!
