Buyer Beware: My Experience with thegamekeys.in

I would strongly encourage anyone considering a purchase from thegamekeys.in to read this before placing an order.

On August 31, 2026, I placed and fully paid for an order for a physical copy of Sackboy: A Big Adventure. The same day, I received an order confirmation email.

On September 1, 2026, I received another email stating that my order had been processed and was "on its way." However, no tracking information was provided.

After hearing nothing further, I emailed the company on September 4 and again on September 6, requesting an update and tracking details. As of today, I have received no response to either email.

This is a domestic shipment, and according to their own communication, the order was supposedly processed and dispatched over eight days ago. Despite this, there has been no delivery, no tracking information, and no communication from the seller.

Based on my experience, I have serious concerns about the legitimacy of this transaction and the company's customer support practices. I paid in full, received automated emails, but have been unable to obtain any meaningful update on the status of my order.

I am sharing this experience so that other potential buyers can make an informed decision before purchasing from thegamekeys.in.

It's safe and working guys i get GTA5 🥳
(Remember code arrived after 15-20 min)

Great service, I received the code within 15 minutes, that worked perfectly with no issues

I also bought minecraft from them at the price of 1.8k and I got it thanks to thegamekeys for this type of offer best site ever

10 on 10 service.
best price

Didn't thought would work but it 100% worked

I bought Minecraft Java Edition on March 11th, and I got the redeem code in 10-15 minutes. I easily claimed my game, which has both Bedrock and Java editions. I am happy to have bought the game from thegamekeys.in, a trusted site you can also check out.

This website is a pure scam, I bought menace cape code and I instead got home cape code which was of no use to me, I wrote several emails to the support, yet, I was ignored. Please, reconsider making purchases from this website, I'm regretting to this day.

I purchased a Minecraft Cape to test if the website was legit or not... I didn't expect it to work but a few minutes after my payment, I actually got the Microsoft Website Cape Redeem Code. I thought it might be an account at first, but no. It was actually a Code (which is good). Now, I actually trust this website and would recommend it to others, it's also very convenient because of UPI Support and Discounts etc.

Bro they really are legit guys I trusted and scored for like half the original price on gta 5.

I recently purchased minecraft from them which was around 2.6k inr in official minecraft website but the same thing I got from The Game Keys Website in 1.6k inr. There customer support is also best they replied to my massege within 2 mins. You can trust them and buy any games you want from them.

I bought GTA 5 through them and it is totally real no scam

I had ordered 18 months of Game pass Ultimate from theGameKeys and it was extremely easy process. No need to share id,password. You get all the codes in email and just redeem on MS website.
100% legit and will recommend to everyone.
note: the whatsapp user is also very prompt on responses

I purchased 18 months of game pass ultimate from them, redeemed it successfully, instruction provided are crispy and very clear, they are always available in WhatsApp, very genuine website to purchase Xbox game pass and digital codes for games. Very satisfied by their service. Thanx a ton guys 🫡

Perfect, can't ask for more. So helpful in redeeming the codes as well. Being a newcomer to subscriptions, it was very useful to get this from them. Thank you.
