Just received my first Thermal extraction device from giggle grass. Super fast delivery and pompt customer service response. I got dynavap the G3 from them and in love with it already. Valing is indeed better than combusting in terms of full synergistic effect of the wonder medicinal plant.

Ordered a Dynavap G3 from GiggleGrass,
the product was missing from the box. Reported it to Team GG, but support was unhelpful and refused to verify their claims.

They already had my contact details from the order and even asked again here on Trustpilot, but never followed up.

I can now access my account on their website, but the order doesn’t appear — despite their claim that it was delivered.

It’s quite easy to buy your vape products from Giggle Grass. The delivery was a bit slow — it took 2 days for my product to be shipped — but the kind of support they provide is incredible. I’ve discussed many, many of my doubts with them, and I got answers for everything.

In fact, I even talked about the future possibilities of vaporizers in India, and I genuinely admire them for respecting my thoughts. Since the concept of dry herb vaporizers is still quite new here, and this was my first time using one, I had a lot of questions. I reached out to them N number of times, and still, they always replied with proper resolutions and a positive attitude.

Now coming to the Dynavap M7 – I really liked the device. It’s way better than joints. You actually feel positive about yourself, knowing that no more tar or harmful chemicals are going into your body due to combustion. Yes, there’s a bit of a learning curve in the beginning on how to use the Dynavap properly, but once you get it – it becomes your go-to device.

Only thing is, the body is a little small and it heats up after 2–3 cycles. I usually prefer heating at the bottom of the cap to manage that. I did try to find accessories to increase the length but apart from the M7 XL, nothing else is available right now. I’m actually working on something effective and economical, and will definitely share it once it works!

I just wish they could provide more accessories for Dynavap that are budget-friendly – maybe manufacture them locally or apply some Indian-style jugaad to help people like us who want value and performance both.
