From start to finish/delivery the glasses guys were amaizing answering my questions about style/finish really pleased with the end result and my wife likes me wearing them as well (bonus)

Highly recommend the glasses guys! Jacob was super helpful throughout the entire process, from ordering lenses for my Ray-Ban Meta glasses to sending my prescription, emailing the mailing label, and keeping me updated on when they'd be ready, and making sure everything was okay with them when i received them back.

I wanted to reglaze my Rayban Meta glasses- to change the original to presciption varifocal rection lenses. The price quoted by 'the glassesguys' was very reasonable and a lot less than the local high street optician. The communication from the company was excellent. Highly recommended

Great service by The glasses guys to get my prescription lens changed. Jacob was so prompt in his replies and my glasses came back so quickly, he had even tightened the arms for me. They felt like a new pair of glasses! I’ve saved myself a lot of money as other companies were a lot more. I’ve got another pair that need reglazing and il be sure to use this company again. No hidden fees or paying for postage which goes a lot way. Thank you.

I got an email from them asking if the glasses that had turned up in their workshop without any indication as to its owner or provenance. Dealing with them was pleasant, efficient and friendly. The process was very painless and I'm very happy with my new glasses.

Great support throughout full process, glasses are perfect, all done online. Fully recommend this company if lenses need done. I had varifocal , tinted lenses added to my meta glasses.

Found the glasses guys online, filled out a form and got a friendly phone call the following day.

Requested the post pack, sent my glasses off with a basic request to put in tinted lenses. The team sent me regular updates as they tinted and offered advice on how they'd look in real life. Once I was happy then posted them back, all took about 10 days or so.

These guys offer a great service that we haven't been able to find anywhere else locally. Online didn't suit our circumstances, but we were able to visit, drop off and pick up our frames - nice and easy. The guys are super-friendly, we will definitely be back and will recommend to our friends.

If you need anything to do with glasses these guys and especially Jakob are definitely the people to go to. There is simply nothing to much trouble for them to help with and they will bend over backwards to deal with anything you need.

Fantastic service from these guys. They fitted prescription lenses to Ray-Ban Meta frames for me, refunding part of the cost as I purchased ultra-thin lenses which weren't needed for the prescription and type of frame.

I am fortunate to live quite locally, so I saw the impressive, professional setup they work within by picking these up personally. I will return for my optical needs in future. They are friendly, skilled, and personable, and in this instance, they deserve to be more widely known for offering a service that seems to be very difficult to find, even on Ray-Ban's own UK website! After getting my reading glasses reglazed I immediately ordered a second pair (intermediate), both perfect!
I ordered super thin lenses and I got super thin lenses. I'm sure some of you reading this have ordered 1.67 or 1.74 lenses from other online retailers and been quite suprised by how thick the lenses were! Not with The Glasses Guys, I actually got what I paid for.
Prices were really good and they kept me informed at every step.
Will definitely use again.
