Delighted with my glass splashback behind my Aga and work surfaces. Nothing was too much trouble, from helping with my choice of print and sending samples to survey, measuring and fitting. This house is a 17th century farmhouse with no straight walls and it was obvious how much skill and care went in to making it look so good. Very professional, friendly and efficient. Would highly recommend.

Excellent service! We were recommended to The Glassmith by our kitchen fitter as we needed a bespoke glass splashback. Des came to our house to bring us samples and take measurements, then we asked for a bespoke metallic bronze as thought this would be a good match with our kitchen. We were sent several samples with different variations of colour and sparkle which were all lovely but one in particular stood out as a perfect match with our colour palette and worked well with our feature lighting. The glass was fitted within less than two weeks of placing the order and we are absolutely delighted with it. Des and Jack who fitted it were really friendly and covered our new worktops and floor with thick cloths so nothing was scratched or damaged during the process. The glass is a unique metallic colour which has been the icing on the cake for our new kitchen. Great customer service from Amy with polite, friendly and responsive communication throughout the process. Strongly recommend and would definitely use again. Thank you Des and Amy!

Not only were the team polite and helpful during any and all interactions, the turnaround time from me placing the order and then the glass being delivered to my doorstep, impressively quick. The choice to use WhatsApp to communicate with ease is very helpful on top of that they offered to fit the bespoke shower screen. And after my own builders unfortunately couldn't do it, i reached out again on WhatsApp to take them up on their offer and before I knew it i had a picture on my WhatsApp to say that it was all done

Dez and his co fitter were prompt, efficient, very clean and tidy. The finished result is a stunning new shower door in an awkward shaped ensuite. I am thrilled with the final product. Highly recommend.
