Experience with buying Flair58 and parts for it
I bought few items from this shop in the past and everything went ok. I was one of the early buyers of their Flair 58 pre order. There was some delay with that and poor communication but received my machine in the end. 3 years later I was looking to replace part from my machine and contacted the owner via their chat and online forums. He said that they had that part in stock and to send them an email with my contact details, I never got any response from him back. He literally ghosted me two times. I did nothing wrong. Not sure that is the right way to threat your returning customers...
