Lack of phone contact.
I've been trying to contact them in 2 weeks and their answering machine keep saying all agents are busy also emailed them multiple times they have not get back to me!!

Update: GB co. is apparantly reachable just by online chat! very disappointing that a valuable asset trade company can't do comunication right, yet the customer service was doing good.

Great trusted service
The delivery experience was fast and was notified each step of the way. The product was packaged perfectly with an easy verification check prior to dispatch. The sales team are on hand by email and phone to answer questions immediately. Great experience as always.

This was my first buy and I was a bit…
This was my first buy and I was a bit nervous about the shipping but the fact that I received an email asking me to confirm who will be receiving the parcel which gave me some comfort. But to be honest when the parcel came the mailman didn’t ask for the name of persons I specified in my email. He just gave it the my grandson who is 12 years old and who could have misplaced it. Fortunately my son was in the house and took it from my grandson.

We apologise for not fully explaining why we were unable to supply the number of silver Krugerrands that you initially ordered. You ordered the last of our stock of 2024 coins and unfortunately, on examination, some of them were found to be damaged and were not fit for retail sale. Once you had agreed to us substituting 2025 Britannias for the damaged coins your order was amended as requested and shipped.
Our thanks for your stated intention to consider us when purchasing additional precious metals and we hope to be of further service in the future.
