I did previously have a terrifying time with an order going missing with Royal Mail (no fault of this company) but the team were extremely helpful and professional in assisting me with the issue and successful reuniting of the package. I find the prices and buyback deals are very good and reasonable against market prices. The team have always been very pleasant to deal with over the phone and via email.
