The Granite House has helped me with two projects now. One big, one small. On both occasions the customer service has been fantastic. For both my projects I had a very specific look in mind and the staff understood what I needed and helped me achieve exactly what I wanted.

Our first meeting with Jenny was so informative and helpful but with zero pressure to buy; she gave us so much time and help to ensure we were happy with our final choice of stone. Being able to show us pictures of previous installations was so helpful. They were flexible with templating and installation dates to fit with our kitchen refurb. Connor and Mason were a delight as well as professional in the extreme when they came to install our worktops. Their workmanship was second to none. We have to mention the skill and workmanship of the people in the workshop made some quite tricky shapes and angles look beautiful. We would not hesitate to recommend The Granite House to others, in fact we already have!

We were looking for a small off-cut to use for an outside kitchen. Staff were really helpful in showing pieces they had available. We used them to template the shape due to a curve needed around a pizza oven. Everything was handled efficiently and we collected the worktop a few days later. Having used The Granite House for our main kitchen worktops a few years earlier it’s great to see the same level of service being maintained. We were looking for a pair of custom stone window boards for our bathroom.
The staff were brilliant in explaining what was available, what would be best suited, and accommodating the awkward angles and measurements that we needed the stone cutting to, the price was very reasonable too.

The end product looked absolutely stunning upon collection and is now a real feature point of the bathroom.

Granite House offer off cuts which is really useful when you only need something small as we did for our new hearth, they were happy to advise what materials are best and will cut it to your requirements, even rounding the corners if required.

We came into contact with the Granite House indirectly, as they'd been subcontracted to template, cut and fit work benches for our new kitchen that was project managed by another company. The templating was done quickly and efficiently and the installation itself was exemplary. We are delighted with the result. We subsequently dealt with Lynne at the office with some supplementary questions and she has been a fantastic advocate for the company - responsive and supportive and an excellent example of post-installation customer support that reflects very well on the company. I'd certainly recommend the Granite House for anybody looking at new work tops for any kitchen renovation project.

I had a fantastic experience work working with The Granite House in Bicester. They have a great range of worktops and the knowledge of the staff is fantastic. They were so helpful and worked around all our times scales I would highly recommend them.

We chose the Granite House as my son had used them ten years before to cover the cupboards in his new kitchen so decided to use them. It was the best choice we could have made from our initial visit to their reception where we were shown all the options with wise advice to discussing granite types and our preferences. We paid a second visit with our final decision and was asked to provide all measurements of current kitchen and what we wanted covered, where and rough measurements and was sent a price. Once the new kitchen was installed a technician was sent to measure up with state of the art lasers/cameras to feed the info into the CAD cutting machinery. The result was millimetre perfection when fitted by the companies installers whom were meticulous and knowledgable. We were over the moon with the end result and have no hesitation in recommending this company to anyone wanting granite tops at a competitive price.
