Really great service, staff are always so friendly and happy to help. Recently picked up a Longhorn and had support and advice throughout the whole thing. Best Guitar shop locally and they always have exciting and plentiful stock of everything!

Old guitar repair.
I took in my late dad's guitar that was in drastic need of help!! The guys in the shop were fantastic explaining the options I had on repair & the fact they would try to keep it as original as they could. A few phone calls for updates & I was able to collect it! Wow!! I hadn't heard it played for over 55years & yes I made an idiot of myself shedding tears listening to it be played. Thank you guys do much.

Joe was tremendously helpful. I’m in the US and wanted to buy a guitar that is pretty much only available in the UK. He worked with me on pricing and shipping and made the deal possible. Then shipped very quickly with great packing. My Faith Naked Parlour arrived in perfect shape and the little git is a beauty.

I’d had a guitar set up elsewhere…
I’d had a guitar set up elsewhere before and it was worse after the set up. On this occasion at Guitar Tech the guitar came back better than new. I will only use them in future. Too cheap Imo. Still can’t believe how good it is.

Joe gave great advice for upgrading the guitar
Got great advice from Joe regarding some new pickups to be put in my Telecaster and they sounded fantastic. Plus also general information about other guitar products. We'll definitely be back.

So nice to have a physical shop local…
So nice to have a physical shop local to me. The guys in the shop are friendly and knowledgeable. They have decent stock levels on all the consumables but also a great selection of guitars,amp,pedals and pickup's.
