Complete sham!!

Warning for anyone seeing Instagram ads for The Hart Sisters Naples or Sheri & Layne Scottsdale. We purchased from The Hart Sisters after the site appeared to present itself as a premium Naples, FL clothing boutique with easy returns. The items received were low quality and not as advertised. When we tried to return them, the listed support email bounced as undeliverable. Their return policy also says returns must be shipped to China, despite the local boutique-style branding.

We later saw what appear to be the same/similar clothes promoted under another brand, Sheri & Layne Scottsdale. Based on our experience, I would strongly recommend researching these sites carefully before buying and using a credit card if you do.

FAKE, not a storefront. FAKE pictures, clothes look nothing like them. Terrible quality. I paid $168.00 for 3 items. They promised 20% back without shipping back to China. The cost of shipping through post office would have been $80, so I agreed to take 20% back, which is ridiculous. But after many emails back and forth they only refunded me $22.00. They can't even calculate 20% refund. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM.

Beware of the Hart Sister Naples. I don't buy clothes usually on line but I need a dress for daughter's wedding. I saw this website and bought two dresses. Just in case one didn't look good or fit right. Problem one was that one dress did not look like the one I wanted on line. A possible bait and switch? No sheer sleeves and no stitched flowers. Second problem was I bought my usual size and neither one fit. I emailed and asked about returning. Amy from customer service said it would be two expensive and that I could keep the dresses. She even said that she understood about a purchase not turing out how one would expect. If I order from In N Out, I don't expect to get a Big Mac. Amy would get me another dress at a minimal price. I looked through the website and choose one two sizes bigger. It didn't fit. I feel a little embarrassed to admit that here, but they should do better. SIZES are not clearing marked on their website,. They don't sell merchandise as advertised, and need better return policies. I have 3 weeks left to find a dress and have three dresses that I can't use. As a consumer, I'm willing to pay the return fee, but don't expect to lose all my money. Please be safe shopping on line.

This is a horrible company. Their sizing was completely wrong and then they do not accept returns. They are a scam if you ask me.

When the dress finally arrived it looked nothing like the picture - heavy cheap fabric, different color, sack-like fit, too long length and hilariously ugly.
My return options were to keep it and get refunded 10% of my $69.95, or pay to mail it to China! Instead I disputed it as fraud to my credit card company who reversed the charge.

FRAUDULENT COMPANY! I purchased an outfit from this company because the website indicated it was being shipped from a local store in Naples, Florida. Instead, the item arrived over three weeks later from China.
When it finally arrived, the quality was extremely disappointing. The fabric was cheap, and the sizing was significantly oversized compared to what was advertised.
The company's website clearly states that customers can return items within 30 days for a full refund. However, that was not my experience. After spending two weeks going back and forth with customer service, they repeatedly tried to avoid honoring their return policy. First, they offered a 10% refund, then a 30% refund, and then store credit instead of a refund.
Eventually, they agreed to a full refund—but only if I returned the item to China at my own expense. The return shipping cost was estimated to be between $100 and $200, far more than the amount I paid for the outfit.
This business appears to use misleading advertising and deceptive return practices. Buyers should be aware that products are not ship from within the USA, and obtaining a refund may be nearly impossible without incurring excessive costs.
I strongly recommend avoiding this company. DO NOT BUT FROM THEM!

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. Negative Stars. Says 30 day return...after a copy pasted e-mail was sent not responding to me they then blocked me in their e-mail. Address is in china. Wanted to return because the shoes I got looked nothing like the photos.

TOTAL SCAM!! The clothes I received looked nothing like what I thought I was getting - the website says "easy returns" but every time I sent an email requesting return instructions, they offered me 10% off, then 20% off and on and on - and still didn't give me the option to return for a full refund - after multiple tries I finally got the address to return it to, and IT'S IN CHINA! The shipping to return the item would've cost me $40 so I just decided to cut my losses and never order off of Instagram again. Too risky.

This place is a scam. The website says that they are a storefront in Naples that is family owned, but the package of “merchandise“ came from China, and it was the most abominable quality you will ever experience, not to mention looking absolutely nothing like the merchandise I actually ordered. When you go to make a return, they will make you jump through a dozen different impossible hoops, and when you finally go through all of the random things they want you to do for the return (if you satisfy them that is), you will find out that it cost you $40 to return the item, because it’s going to China, and the United States Postal Service will not be able to provide you with the tracking number because of the address in China. So then they will not honor your refund because they will say you didn’t provide tracking as required—even tho you couldn’t. Massive Scam of a company.

Product received does not look anything like I item ordered. Very , very poor quality fabric, also. Supposed to be cotton/linen blend and is actually a cheap Poly/rayon. Product was shipped from China and took a long time. Warning: DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY.

The Hart Sisters Naples is a scam! Your returns have to go to China, which cost much more than the actual order amount. I have tried to return things to China and it’s just a waste of money, as they may get it, but they don’t do anything about it and you have no recourse to get your money back from the Chinese! It’s all a big scam! Do not order from The Hart Sisters Naples! I made the mistake of not reading the very fine print about returns. They will never return your money to your credit card. I wouldn’t have given them one star but I can’t leave a comment about them unless you rate them. They aren’t even worth one star. BB.

Yup, I should have read these reviews before I purchased. It's all true, the dress I ordered does not match what is in the photos-VERY low quality. When I inquired about a return, they gave me the option but it would cost $400 to ship it back to the warehouse in China.

I would also give zero stars if possible. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING from this company. The dress didn't match the picture and was of extremely poor quality material and poorly made. I couldn't even get the zipper unzipped without catching the material. I couldn't even put it on despite it supposedly being a women's medium. I tried to get a refund and they will only give store discounts on more purchases!!!

Horrible quality they advertise easy returns. They do not allow you to return. I have filed a complaint with my bank. The quality is terrible. This site should be shut down. False advertisement on the quality and appearance of everything.

They advertise like they’re from Naples, Florida when in actuality this is China-based so for any return they want to charge you shipping and customs fees which were more than the dress I bought. Quality was so cheap, it’s something I would never wear.

Terrible quality- I should’ve researched before placing an order and realized it was all too good to be true! Very shady business and better to just say no next time I think about placing an order seen on social media

Garment is cheap and poorly made. Then you have to email them back to request a refund. They charge $30 are more to return it to China. There is no Hart Sisters.

Company sent an outfit that did not match the picture of what was ordered. The worst quality "fabric" I've ever seen. This was after it took 2 weeks to ship. That is when I learned it was coming from China, and not Florida. Tried to return and after 3 emails back and forth, they will only return if I pay full shipping and any potential customs fees. Even though I did not receive what I ordered. The company appears to be somewhat of a scam.
