The treatment of Zone Technique I've received at The Health Advantage is nothing short of healing miracles. I walked in there completely broken down physically, with chronic back, neck and shoulder pain, mentally exhausted and an emotional wreck from trying to cope with the pain on a daily basis, whilst continuing to work as a farmer and owner of horses.
By strictly keeping to The Health Advantage protocol, having regular adjustments, and taking responsibility for my own healing in between appointments, I am living, working and enjoying my life in perfect health, completely pain free.
I strictly have regular adjustments to maintain my optimum health, keeping my body completely balanced, and my core pelvic structure strong and stable. It's only Zone that's able to do this, along with my dedication to living as healthy a life as possible.
Having tried various different treatments/therapies over the last 30 years for my back issues, Zone is the only one that's absolutely got to the root cause of the problems, dealt with them, and all other symptoms disappeared, treating my body as a whole, not just one specific thing. Everything else was merely sticking a plaster over a symptom. I fully appreciate just how incredible this method of healing truly is.
Jonathan and Michael have saved me from a lifetime of pain, and I know they'll keep me in perfect health from now on!

The health advantage was recommended to me. I booked an initial session with Jonathan. It was very different to previous sessions I’d had with chiropractors. It was very quick - just 10 mins maximum. I was advised to book 10 sessions at £45 a session so a huge financial commitment. After 3-4 sessions I had not felt any real improvement in my lower back or shoulder. I queried this and was told that my pelvis had to be stable and then my spine. My shoulder would then be sorted. I had another 5-6 sessions and I could still not raise my arm so as to be able to swim or even get dressed and my lower back pain was still really bad. I had to head up to Cheshire to visit family so had to cancel my latest session. I decided to book a session with my old chiropractor. He was horrified that I had paid for so many sessions and to still be in pain. He spent about 20 minutes working on me and I can now move my arm freely. What a relief. My back may need one more session but it feels much improved. I’m sure the Zone Technique works for some people but it didn’t work for me.

After a bad fall two years ago resulting in 3 fractured vertebrae in my lower back and other injuries I had been suffering with pain which was impeding my walking, standing for a length of time and sleeping. I’d tried Bowen,physio and other forms of treatment with no effect. I was then recommended to go and see Jonathan by another of his patients. Jonathon examined me and straight away found that my hip was out of line, the ligaments had been badly stretched which was causing me pain in my back and knees. After just 10 appointments of going twice a week I can now say I’m am practically pain free, sleeping through the night and able to go for a long walks again without the suffering afterwards. My balance is better too and I am feeling back to my old self if not better than before the accident ! Thank you Jonathon you are a lifesaver!

Sceptical but worth a last attempt to get rid of the pain I had I booked a session at Health advantage. Whilst waiting I read some of the reviews in the folder and literally scoffed at them - when I was called in by Jonathon and I admit I called him the miracle man in jest. I explained my symptoms which I put down to my age and weight - as told by the physio and the bowen therapist both who improve matters slightly, but the pain was now disrupting my sleep and I had to try something. Onto the couch and after a test and treatment with a pen that went click (no pain didn't feel a thing) I was more sceptical than ever. BUT I slept without pain for the next three nights and obviously carried on with the treatment and apart from a niggle of arthritis in my knees now and again I am back to painfree living. Give them a go you have nothing to lose but your pain!

Johnathan is the only man to sort my pain out,I've been to many practitioners over the year and spend thousands,this man as got something special in what he does,i am amazed the pain as gone , i can do things now what ,i wouldn't dreamed of doing anymore, digging, shovelling gravel with no after effects.i could go on and on,lf your suffering from back pain then Johnathan is well worth a visit

Jonathan has been fantastic. I have had lower back pain for about 20 years, always just there, with occasional bouts of sciatica causing great pain. lately it has started to affect me more as I have got older. A few visits to Jonathan and the pain has gone, mobility has improved dramatically, and I can walk and run upright rather than with a slight stoop. Years of physio and exercises have not sorted the issue. So glad I went to see him

I was booked in to have a back op! Within six weeks of visiting, I no longer have to have that operations it’s cancelled and working with my doctor to reduce my medication also! I can start training again slowly and building my strength back up! Highly recommended, just give it a go thank you

When arriving I was greeted by the very friendly Hannah, I was then greeted by Jonathan who when I explained my symptoms knew exactly what the issue was and what was the best treatment to help. After my first session I felt relief straight away knowing I was in the right hands and 5 weeks later I’m pretty much on the road to full recovery! I have suffered with lower back problems for probably the last 15 years on and off due to the nature of my job and not getting any younger!
