The Health Check was launched as part of a drive to reduce the huge costs of Covid-19 testing and to provide a fair price with polite and professional staff for patients and customers who may be suffering from Covid-19. We are also one of the few companies that have an active chat and telephone portal where customers can contact a human as opposed to an answering machine. We also deploy special testing strategies for very young and young children or adults and kids with special needs who may not be able to endure a long swab going into their nose and throats. All our staff are Enhanced DBS (Police) checked and are also trained in vaccination and calming methods to help even the most distraught patient take the test with relative ease. Testing rooms are private and special Covid-19 filtration and eliminating devices fitted. To ensure the further safety of customers and patients all staff are regularly checked for Covid-19 too. Dear Nasser, Our company is one of the only ones that have a loop back checking system, so if a customer does not appear to have received the results on time they can check back on our system to either get a duplicate or follow up to see what is causing a delay. This means the chances of a delayed result are negligible unless customer does not follow the loop back system. This is via a simple telephone call or email.

Easy to book and was attended to promptly. Received our results just over 24 hours. Location was convenient for us as the centre was in walking distance. Only criticism is the office facilities could be better, but we were only there 15 minutes anyway.

I took a test yesterday and still have not received result and still getting streams of messages from British Airways to upload my test result and complete online booking.

Dear Mr Adjalo, I have looked at your PCR test and can confirm that your certificate was issued at 10:45am on our servers, the next day (Well ahead of the scheduled time of 2pm). Staff informed you came to the pharmacy and reported that you had not received it at 3pm. However when they asked you, if you had checked your Spam/junk folder you said you had'nt. Nevertheless, we immediately issued a copy certificate to you. We take all matters very seriously and try to improve our services. Next time, if you wish to have your certificate even earlier you may wish to try our same day service.
