Can’t fault the customer service
Can’t fault the customer service, the thermostat I wanted was out of stock and the lad phoned up and upgraded me to a different one, which was there the next day so I could finish the job. Very positive experience, will definitely order again for future jobs

Great service
The Sales Team helped and processed the initial order very quickly and parts arrived overnight. But I was even more impressed with the way they dealt with some returns we had to make. All around a very good experience.

Easy to order, loads of choices, good product.
Ordering is easy and efficient, their delivery is very quick, and they have so many ranges and sizes. What I like about their product is that it covers the area very well rather than have cold spots like some old versions do. Andy was great at helping me swap a heating matt that was too large, so even offered to collect the large one and swap it for the smaller one.

Brilliant service
Brilliant service. Thank you Andy for your patience!! I measured and ordered the mirror. It arrived in a couple of days. I didn’t open it until the electrician arrived to fit it to find it was the wrong size! Andy was most helpful. I returned it and he sent out another one. I’d use them again!
