The only problem was it stated dispatch was on the Monday whereas it was not actually taken to post until 5.15pm on the Saturday. That would have been fine if my confirmation had stated you were closed so there would be a few days delay.
Otherwise the parcel was received on the Wednesday nd my granddaughter delighted.
Really happy with the new jockey stick for my daughter and prompt despatch / delivery. Thanks
Brilliant service and would definitely use again. Customer service was great and prompt with letting me know one product was delayed and could refund it. I happily waited as not urgent and everything arrived before school start date.
Only issue I had was my confirmation email went to my spam folder. So I’d advise checking there if using the site.
Great selection and delivery, apart from a split in the order.

I was told it would be delivered on 2 separate occasions but it wasn't. I emailed both times but nobody replied.
I wanted an update on a delayed delivery. I emailed three times and have called over 25 times in the last week or so and no reply when call (just goes through to voicemail and left messages) - apart from today when it went through and I could here a bunch of people animatedly discussing various things in the background. So I'm no nearer finding anything out. There seems to be only one phone number to use. Other reviews seem OK and completely contrary to my experience.

As such, the item was not a stock item available for immediate dispatch.Throughout the pre-order period, we sent a number of automated order updates to the email address provided with the order. Unfortunately, several of these communications were returned to us as bounce-backs, indicating delivery issues with the email account. I visited the Hockey Shed last weekend just to have a look at a new hockey stick. The service and help I received was second to none! Great advice, friendly and zero pressure. Even got to try the sticks out! I will definitely be back and highly recommend!

Used a couple of times now for top printing. Fantastic communication and brilliant quality products when finished. Above and beyond customer service. Will return again if needed. Very happy with the kits.
Ordered a bag 5 days ago. Still no information on it being shipped or when it will arrive. Was on hold for 20 mins on their phone line with no answer and then got cut off before anyone answered. No reply to email. They cannot be that busy. Or do they not exist?
The service was very good, I received my order very quickly, the website is easy to navigate and there are good deals on pretty much all the products sold
