The service opens up a side to Dubai that so many people don't know about, opening up a world away from the usual tourist crowd. We work with clients to design your dream Dubai holiday and once your perfect itinerary is set in place, all bookings are made on your behalf, with some exclusive offers, ahead of your holiday meaning that there's nothing for you to think about when you're here other than enjoying your holiday!

Fantastic personal service from first…

Fantastic personal service from first video call to the last day of our holiday. Time spent discussing our preference for what we wanted to do and tailored exactly as we wanted it. Beautiful hand-delivered gift and contact number provided for assistance throughout our stay. Cannot recommend highly enough - great service

Dubai 2025

Katherine provide us with a personalised itinerary for our Dubai trip. She included everything we wanted to do and still gave us the time we wanted to enjoy our hotel too.

She was very good throughout the whole process and listened to what we wanted. Katherine also made some fantastic suggestions of places to eat and also fill any gaps in our holiday if we wanted to.

Thank you for making our trip to Dubai perfect 🌟

We had booked our first trip to Dubai last minute, we only had 3 weeks to plan, running a business and having 3 children , we just looked and thought “how will we plan this trip?” “Dubai is a minefield!” Then my husband came across Katherine at The Holiday Mode , and thank goodness he did!

From the minute we spoke to Katherine, we knew we were in good hands , a wealth of knowledge and expertise to help us plan the most perfect romantic getaway for my birthday. Special thank you for all the little birthday extras!

It was so lovely to know that Katherine was there if we needed any help or advice whilst in Dubai.

Our itinerary was perfect and run like clockwork , we got to see and do so much in just 4 days . We can’t thank you enough for making our trip so perfect.

We have already recommended you to a number of friends and will be sure to contact again for our next trip . We can’t wait.

Katherine was absolutely amazing!

Katherine was absolutely amazing at every stage. From my first message to her she was on hand to answer all my queries. Having never been to Dubai before, I had little to no knowledge of the area so her expertise and local knowledge are invaluable. Her restaurant recommendations and activity options are second to none. If you are thinking of linking with her, definitely do! It takes the stress and worries out of your holiday planning

My experience & holiday superb due to the holiday mode

My experience & holiday was our best holiday ever and this was all thanks to Katherine @theholidaymode who took time to really listen to what I wanted even though I changed my mind several times , what Katherine done for us I will never forget as the itinerary she put together for us was out of this world and Katherine is truly a lovely lady to deal with, do not hesitate to book her as I will defintly use her again . Top class service and top class lady !!

Perfect holiday planner!

I was struggling to plan my family holiday to Dubai, with so much to see, not knowing the locations / whats close to each other etc I decided to seek Katherine's help at The Holiday Mode - Katherine helped us plan the best holiday, ensuring we maximised our team by covering multiple sites that were located together etc... Katherine also had some great tips and recommendations and had a beautiful welcome pack delivered to our hotel after our arrival! We will 100% use The Holiday Mode again when we come back to Dubai.

Dubai is a minefield of places to go…

Dubai is a minefield of places to go and things to see and I really struggled to get my head around it and ensure I was booking the right things, so I gave up and sought Katherine’s expertise! She was incredible at providing everything we wanted and needed. Attention to detail, professional and friendly! Couldn’t have asked for a better service. We will definitely be recommending and using again!

Outstanding attention to detail

From our first video call I knew I was in great hands with Katherine at holidaymode organising our special trip. Nothing was too much trouble. All our activities were booked and all the information was sent for our reference before we arrived.
Our trip ran like clockwork using the detailed itinerary, just what we needed on such a busy trip trying to fit in as much as possible. Absolutely recommend using Holidaymode to plan your trip / activities in Dubai. ❤️
