I love that the honest diver is as their namesake ‘honest’ You get a personal service, ensuring that you are purchasing the right thing and the correct size. I once ordered some tech shorts to go over my wetsuit and they checked my size and suggested so go up a size than my usual to avoid me receiving the wrong ones. They only sell the products they would use and have tried and tested to ensure you’re getting quality. Excellent all around - thank you

I was searching for a particular scuba mask online and was delighted to find a local supplier with a shop! It's so much better to be able to see before you buy. So, I made a telephone call to check availability and went to the shop. I bought the mask and am one happy customer. I would like to emphasise that I was very impressed with the friendly, efficient service and the reasonable price. The Honest Diver is a business that I will return to in future.

Went in to get two old regulators serviced. James was very helpful with advice and told me it would take a few weeks because it was difficult to get Apeks service kits at the time. He sent me an email once the service kits were available and let me know the cost, which was very reasonable. I got the regs back when he said I would, and even more free advice about upgrading them. Very happy with everything and won’t hesitate to go back.

From start to finish I cannot say enough about the team at Honest Diver. I ordered a hood that I needed at short notice for a dive the same week. Not only did the HD deliver earlier than expected but I even received a personal video message from Jim himself. Never experienced such a unique customer experience anywhere else.

As a relatively new diver, James was very patient and answered all my questions (no matter how silly). To me, it felt like he was more interested in customer satisfaction than in sales. Not only am I glad that I have a dive shop local to me, I have a dive shop that is friendly and looks after the customer too.
