Buyer beware
The first chiller I received was broken. The company sent a new chiller within about 2 months. The second chiller I received is also broken but now they are no longer communicating to get it replaced. Would think twice about buying anything from this company as it seems they are just a middleman who never actually touch the product as they are no help whatsoever in getting it repaired or replaced.

Unfortunately, Jim is not being accurate in his two-word review. Jim contacted us about not having received an instruction manual to his chiller. We emailed him a pdf of the instructions. Jim then contacted us on a Friday, after business hours, to say that he did not understand the instructions. On Saturday, when our office was closed, Jim contacted PayPal to attempt a chargeback.
When we returned to the office on Monday and saw Jim's email, we emailed him a video of how to hook up the chiller. Jim said he still did not understand. We also offered - multiple times - to call Jim to walk him through the process on the phone. We didn't receive a response from him.
We then sent Jim a pdf of step-by-step stills from the video, showing exactly how to set up the chiller. Jim said it was not "consumer-friendly". After we highlighted the stills for him, he provided no response.
As such, we submitted all evidence of attempting to help this customer with his chiller. After review, PayPal quickly sided with Ice Oasis and rightly returned the money to us.
The customer service team is awesome
The customer service team is awesome! They will respond promptly and provide timely updates. My only reason for giving 4 stars is that shipping takes quite awhile. It took a couple weeks for me to get my barrel and close to a month for the chiller to arrive.
I love my barrel and chiller and use it everyday. Highly recommend!!!

Product arrived in time and undamaged
Product arrived in time and undamaged. All expected contents were present. Product was easy to prepare.
Although the provided air pump connection does not stay fastened well during inflation.

Ice Oasis barrel came well packaged and shipped/delivered quickly. Customer Service was great and helped me with questions on discount option, shipping, and additional repair patches if ever needed. Yes, I would recommend.

Cool idea not a great product
Ice bath leaked from first time I filled it from the seal for one of the water connections. Ice oasis recommended that I use glue to fix it. After emailing with support that I was not ok repairing a new product for $100 refund, one of the owners called and offered a replacement but it would take a few weeks as they ship from China. I was not willing to wait that long for a replacement. It’s a cool idea but not sure it’s worth the money.

Our customer service team provided multiple solutions to Mr. Kesler for his reported issue with his ice bath, including ensuring the seal within the cap was properly seated as well as trying to place a quick-drying adhesive around the inner ring. Mr. Kesler was also offered a $100 refund for this solution, should he try it.
He then was contacted personally by one of our owners, who offered Mr. Kesler two options: Ice Oasis would cover the cost of shipping the product back and he would have a brand-new ice bath sent to him. The second option provided was a full and complete refund upon shipping the bath to us, again, at our expense, not his. Mr. Kesler's response to both options was: "No, that sounds like too much work to go through." Mr. Kesler said he would just sell the ice bath to someone else.
We stand by our product(s) and we are always happy to do whatever we can to resolve any issue(s) faced by our customers. In this matter, unfortunately, Mr. Kesler did not want a new ice bath nor did he want a refund of his money, two reasonable solutions offered, but rejected.
