The order was for three silk pocket…
The order was for three silk pocket squares of batik print. One pure silk pocket square was of batik print, the other was a plain pure silk one but the third one (green) was not silk.

The customer service is prompt but socks are okayish
The customer service is prompt, I ordered 4 pairs of woolen socks. I found the size for most of them inconsistent. The socks become loose after a handful of days use.

All was well until I ordered..but the package is still not here!
All was well until I ordered! but the shipping and receiving have been a nightmare! The "Delhivery" company they use has no customer service phone number. My package has apparently arrived in my city for more than a week and still the delivery is just getting postponed every day with no info on when exactly will they deliver it, guaranteed. I am yet to receive the package! I will think twice before I order anything again.
