Started a subscription, but wanted to return an unopened bag as my dog has intolerances and I wanted to change the flavour. I was told I couldn’t return it unless I returned both 1,5 kg bags that Were purchased on that one particular order (one had already been opened). Didn’t really understand the logic, as I was willing to swap for another flavour. Won’t be using again

My dog enjoys this good but it is getting too expensive to maintain feeding him on.

Good quality food and the cats enjoy them, a few more flavours for the cats would be nice.

I do feel like I’m giving my dogs a good quality natural product . I obviously haven’t tasted it but when you smell the food and treats you can tell it’s quality and my dogs love the taste . I feed a raw diet but use the dehydrated food when we travel and the treats I use for training as part of my high value treat .

My Jack Russell absolutely loves this food and wolfs it down. Because of this, I’ve not been adding extra ‘unctuous’ wet food to kibble and my doggie has lost that ‘extra’ kilo without trying! Always arrives within two days of ordering. Well done!

Fantastic products & first class service.

My two young, fussy cavaliers seem to enjoy The Innocent Hound trial packs I bought (except the duck, it is not so popular) They struggled a bit with them as a complete meal, lot of chewing when they’ve been used to raw but definitely love them as treats. I fully understand that they probably cost a fair bit to manufacture etc but they are pretty expensive and so I will probably use as treats or a topper for their raw but they will come in handy if travelling as a safe replacement for raw.

These sausage slices make great training treats, they can be broken into very small pieces and are semi moist. My dog loves them.
They arrived in some lovely packaging making them suitable for a gift as well.
