One thing I would gently add, because I say it in every session: no strategy can promise how markets will behave. What a written monthly process gives you is consistency and a clear plan for different conditions. That is the part you control, and it is the part that matters most over ten or fifteen years.

"Structure, not hype" is the clearest summary of what we do that I have read. The Invest 1 Hour programme is built around a repeatable monthly process rather than market predictions, and the roughly one hour per month is meant to be a realistic figure, not a marketing one.
I am glad you highlighted execution over theory. Emotional control and a written process are what separate long-term investing from stressful trading, and that is the part most courses skip.

Een gepassioneerd man met een visie
Sebastian is een gepassioneerd man die mensen op weg wil helpen hun vermogen echt te laten groeien met slecht beperkt benodigde tijd. Iets waar ik al lang naar zocht - beleggen is interessanter dan sparen, en het rendement moet nog beter kunnen zonder elke dag vol stress te zitten. Het 1 hour millionaire programma is goed te begrijpen en uitvoerbaar in 1 uur per maand na het volgen van de opleiding. Ik kan het iedereen aanraden aan te sluiten die op termijn een echt vermogen wil opbouwen - het is een kwestie van nu starten. En het leukste: Sebastian kan het ook in het Nederlands prima uitleggen.

Consistent results with minimal time
I started the Personal Investing Plan in January 2025 with Sebastian.My goal was simple - grow my savings without spending hours trading. One of the best investments
Before having my first discussion with Sebastian, I was wondering if maybe the price of the course was too high, and if it would really be worth it. But as soon as I spoke with him, I realized that it’s not a cost—but it’s a great investment.

Had a very efficient 1 on 1 training with Sebas, where he reached me to make my personal investment plan soending only 1 hour a month. Sebas explained and broke down each step in easy and digestible way that even with no inviting experience, I felt ready to start straight away. We went through theiretic part, practical part and different tricks abd and advices from his own experience. He was very flexible to arrange and adopt sessions to fit my busy schedule abd created friendly easygoing Atmosphere during sessions.

This event gave me a boost in both skills and mindset!
Had such a great time at the Master Trading Transformation Day by the Institute of Trading! It was a hands-on event with a small group, which made the vibe super personal and energetic. We went deep into real trading strategies and practiced them live, not just theory, but actual application.
What I loved most was the energy in the room! Everyone was engaged, open, and willing to share. I learned not only from the content, but also from hearing everyone’s different mindset and approach to trading. It really gave me fresh insights and motivation.
Also met some amazing fellow traders, it was super inspiring and just fun people to be around. Definitely one of those days that gives you a boost in both skills and mindset.

Great experience w/ 1 day Intensive Trading Course
Had a great experience with the 1 day intensive trading course. Sebastian is a very knowledgeable trader, but he is able to explain the concepts in a very easy and clear way. Also, his teachings focus on simple and effective strategies, avoiding unnecessarily complex stuff.
He is super friendly, helpful and pragmatic, and I feel confident that what I learned from him are realistic and doable, and not some overhyped "trading guru" snake oil.
Definitely recommend!
