Ruben worked with me on a layaway plan for an absolute dream chain, and it was a total delight and pleasure the whole way through! He even took the time to create an extender to match the chain and make it the perfect length with a cool bit of chain he had in his collection. His messages were so kind (even as I was being hyper and weird bc I couldn't figure out Wise lol and was just so excited about the whole thing lol), and the chain was beautifully packaged and exactly as described upon arrival. Delivery was super speedy as well! All in all just a lovely experience, excited to become a repeat customer and I highly recommend working with Ruben to find your dream piece too!

I love the chain I purchased from Reuben. It originally came with a barrel clasp, and Reuben was lovely to work with to change the clasp. He showed me available options that would match and I couldn't be happier!

Even though I did not get my item because of customs, I appreciate the prompt response from Jaybird and the refund that he issued me. I will shop with him again. Update: Then I get a notification about 2 weeks later saying my item is out for delivery! I contacted Jay and made sure to pay him...again. lol Great person to do business with!
