From the initial call in May , Rob arrived exactly at the arranged time within a few days ,very nice guy,he measured up and the quote was good, I paid the deposit , from thereon, Sarah kept me updated on the progress on my 'cafe style' shutters. Today 14th July , Tom fitted my shutters,he is awesome, the shutters are fabulous,beautifully finished and fitted, I'm beyond pleased, I have also ordered full height plantation shutters for my bedroom window , the shutters are bespoke for my windows, the whole experience has been great, I don't mind waiting for bespoke things, when they arrive , they are better than I thought they would be.
If anyone is thinking of having shutters ,I wholeheartedly recommend The Joinery Shutters Company .

Had my shutter fitted today by Tom and I am totally made up! So pleased with how they look. Process was so easy, from the home visit measuring up to emails keeping me up to date from Sarah and the fitter Tom who took such pride in his work. Nothing is forced on you.
