Flawless transaction
Ordered a product off their website and due to the nature of thr product I had to call thr store and pay over the phone via card. I was a little dubious at first as I'd never had to do this anywhere before, so I went ahead and gave them the benefit of the doubt. I rang the store, very professional and very friendly, I made payment and the item arrived next day.
Highly recommend these guys, keep up the good work

Great customer service!
I made my order and received confirmation straight away. I paid for next day delivery and unfortunately the royal mail spoiled the services. After email their customers services team and spoke to Graham he were very understanding and helpful and helped me rectify the problem. Can't spoke highly enough of them and I will be shopping with them again.
Just to be clear the problem I had, had nothing to do with the JJ team if was the fault of the royal mail.

Fast delivery and great customer service. Ordered an item online and had to send a bank transfer so was a bit dubious at first but transferred the money in the evening and item was dispatched the next day. Will definitely use again.
