Great customer service, had an issue with an item breaking, after a couple uses and the sent out another one next day, delivery. Definitely will be ordering again

Great Customer Service And An Amazing Product
Ordered over a Utillian over the phone, and the employee was very helpful and patient as I sorted out my card details for payment. Product has been great so far and a 10/10 customer service from my experience. I would gladly recommend anyone reading this to shop from The Juicy Joint, and I have no complaints.

The team at juicy joint are outstanding for there customer service I had ordered a stem diffuser which happened to be too long however after calling up the store and explaining what I mistakenly done they managed to figure out the exact one I actually needed and arranged to send that one out to me including a returns label for me to return the original one back to them which was great of them to do! Will definitely be back in the future. Smooth and stress free with fast delivery. :)
