Wonderful experience working with the team at Junk Pros front office team was patient and professional - Rosie and Gary were excellent to work with and they were patient with me as I asked all my questions. The movers were also fantastic - Ricardo and his team were organized, professional and quick!! I am a very cautious and demanding consumer so when I give a five star rating trust me this team is the real deal!!!! Thank you so much!!!

I hired the Junk Pros to clear out my family apartment. They were quick, respectful, and the pricing was totally transparent. They made a very difficult process much easier to endure. Thank you, Rosie, Gary, and Craig!

I used them to empty a large house before closing. They were extremely efficient and prompt, and did exactly what they said they would. Communication was excellent. They took everything and did no damage. I would recommend them highly.

I'll start by saying that I highly recommend this team. If you want your premise cleared out in a timely fashion by a respectful, well-coordinated, and experienced team, this is the service for you.

Everyone (office staff / sight assessor / cleaning crew) was customer-oriented and ready to solve problems in a meaningful and courteous way. From first call to successful clearing out of the premise was less than a week.

Rosie in the office was a pleasure to work with - She provided prompt attention and good follow-up notifications for each step of the setup process. Gary arrived on time prepared to do a meaningful and useful assessment of the property in order to provide a realistic estimate.

Now - About the cleaning crew themselves:
Craig / Ricardo / Garth / (apologies - forgot the name of the fourth team member).
The teamwork of this crew was a beautiful thing to see - Like a well-choreographed dance. Each member had his position in the field, and they worked through a complex clutter of trash, junk, and furniture in super good time in spite of challenges of stairs and one shared elevator for the building. It was literally a science of clearing out procedures. Also, incredibly courteous men - Respectful of property and of my needs. Also, did broom sweep-up at the end, which I was not at all expecting.

I highly recommend The Junk Pros they were amazing. Arrived in time were professional and efficient. The job included alot of heavy furniture and it went so smoothly. Shout out to Ricardo, Ryan, Howard and Carlos they were fantastic. Setting up the appointment for the estimate and actual job was super easy thanks to Rosie and Gary. 10 out of 10 experience .

I've been calling The Junk Pros for junk removal for over 15 years now. Gael is one of the most ethical business owners in the industry.

I called for a backyard clean out. I spoke to George he said send me pictures, I sent the pictures of everything I needed removed. He said $1450 over the phone. When he arrived he changed his mind and said it will be $1650. Whatever, I just needed to be removed. He never removed all of the junk and and said it will be $3000 and to reschedule to remove the rest .MF wouldn’t even give me a receipt. They will show up quick to do basic work and the only thing PRO is they are not clear on cost and taking your money. NEVER Did he say the words per load or anything.. they lead you to think your getting a good deal but NOPE. People please don’t fall for this.

The experience of receiving the service from The Junk Pros was well worth the $. They did an amazing job with dismantling the junk and cleaning after. I would definitely call them again if needed.

I highly recommend using Junk Pros. I hired them to empty out my mom's apartment and I found them to be honest, transparent about cost, reliable and friendly. Rosie, who coordinated everything, is a gem. The best experience I have ever had with any kind of moving company. They did everything they said they would and left the apartment empty and broom-clean. I can't speak highly enough about my experience with them.

I ordered garbage removal after renovating my house. Overall, they took everything away quickly and even cleaned up after themselves. But! No one informed me that there was some force majeure situation that caused them to be delayed by a few hours! They justified it by saying they couldn't reach me...

They showed up early, got the job done quickly and efficiently, and the price was reasonably inexpensive. I highly recommend their services.

We had a clean out some of our Jamaica offices and the professionalism of both the workers and owner and the way the job was executed was flawless. Pricing was better the three other bids, the job was done in time, and the staff went above and beyond in sweeping and mopping the space after all was removed.

On time and got right to work, Ricardo and his crew worked well as a team and everything was out in 2 hours. I did not even see them move a few of the heavier items that's how efficient they are. Rosie at the office very polite and concerned and made sure that you knew everything. Gary came for an estimate and was very professional and ensuring. Would recommend them to others.

The Junk Pros were very good and professional. All the men were courteous and polite. They got the job done in a short period of time and cleaned up behind themselves. You would've never known the apartment had anything in it 2 hours prior. Highly recommended. Their professionalism grants them 5 stars!!!

These guys were terrific. Easy to reach and communicate with, available when I needed them, showed up on time and the job was done thoroughly and professionally. They also navigated my building’s protocols without a hitch.
