Wellness sessions
Very well organised. Yoga and meditation classes were calming. My body felt awakened. Each session ran very smoothly and was very thought through with space and ambience which made it comfortable for all.

Theme based yoga sessions
I am very happy with the yoga sessions offered by the Karma Mama. The exercices and flow we go through are always theme based which makes things really interesting as no two-sessions are the same. Lisa always explain the link between the postures and the theme and is also keen to correct our postures when we don't do them correctly and I think both make it easy to progress. I really recommend the yoga sessions offered by the Karma mam
