Beautiful healing session with such a lovely guide. Not only is this healing on the inside it is also so very healing for the community. The ripple effect that this has on my life, therefore my daughters life and everyone I connect with. So very grateful.

Lisa gave me a pregnancy massage which I thoroughly enjoyed. Completely switched off and relaxed and she asked me what areas I’d like her to focus on in the beginning and worked on them specifically for me. Wish I could have one everyday! Would highly recommend.

I had a trapped nerve in my back which was affecting a pain in my head.

So I phoned her on Sunday and she managed to fit me in as soon as possible.

When she worked on me she works in every part increase my circulation and Untrapped the nerve . She didn’t leave me until it was all sorted and I felt better. I had an amazing sleep that night which I wasn’t sleeping due to the pain. I would recommend it to anyone. She has Brilliant energy and Generally cares about the treatment.

Another fantastic art class. Really enjoyed the vibe, music and sketching.

A family friendly environment ,with music ,refreshments ,art supplies paper ,charcoal and watercolours . I attended three sessions the lady teacher is great she has a bubbly personality, a nice voice you can see a clear progression, every time you compete with yourself ,your colleagues and time. When time's up we do a small exhibition ,all the Works go side by side for a few minutes. If you don't know how to draw or paint watch Mr Bean art class on YouTube, and after that come to this course it's a lot of fun .

It was a versatile platform for creativity.

Karma Mama led an excellent, inclusive community session. It was easy to get to know everyone there and we were well taken care of with drinks, and guidance through the session.

This was my second week of meditation and once again had a really lovely experience. This week the meditation included an element of dance and it was nice to let myself go and focus on the energy. I very much recommend Lisa’s meditation classes

The Art and Social event was great, lovely people getting together to relax and be creative just for fun. Nothing too fancy or show off, so don’t be scared. Well thought out and very welcoming. Life can be full of simple pleasures! :)

Lisa is a great friendly and honest teacher. I have known her for over 5 years and she has helped me so much with my mental wellbeing and physical pain from giving birth and holding a clingy baby for up to 4 years. Mediation with Lisa is very powerful and i have never experienced this with anyone else not even the buddisht center which i go to regularly. Thank you Lisa for being so amazing and lovely. She also has magic hands to heal injuries and pain in the body my family and me have benefited so much from Lisa's massages she is a life saver and a god send.
