Pre-order Miku Shruggie arrived after 6 months waiting time. Had to pay extra money to receive the actual product (€137 in Total with extra shipping taxes). I was expecting some higher quality from a shop that makes handmade clothing. The flower pedal prints were all screwed up and the 01 at the front of the shruggie was also screwed up. They cheaped out on the chains as the design looked like it was some kind of metal material, but in fact it’s plastic. I get that part as plastic isn’t a heavy material to work with, but again, i was expecting some better quality.

Really disappointed with my purchase and the fact I had to wait for 6 months to get an Alie Express quality shruggie for this amount of money is just depressing.

I will contact the shop but I don’t have high hopes.

UPDATE: i was gonna receive a partial refund and STILL AFTER A YEAR i DID NOT GET ANY OF MY MONEY BACK. Avoid this scammer site at all costs unless you love to flush your money down the toilet for a dogshit quality item.

Ich würde am liebsten 0 Sterne geben, wenn das möglich wäre.

1. Die Produkte sind definitiv nicht handgemacht, wie es dargestellt wird. Stattdessen stammen sie offensichtlich aus China und werden hier lediglich umverpackt. Das ist für mich irreführend und enttäuschend.

2. Die Versandzeiten sind völlig unklar und unzuverlässig. Mir wurden unterschiedliche Angaben gemacht – von 6 Monaten bis hin zu einem ganzen Jahr. So etwas ist absolut inakzeptabel.

3. Ein richtiger Kundensupport existiert praktisch nicht. Auf Anfragen bekommt man nur automatisierte Antworten, die in keiner Weise weiterhelfen.

Insgesamt eine sehr negative Erfahrung. Ich kann nur davon abraten, hier zu bestellen.

Order abruptly canceled against wishes...

I placed an order on August 7th with the understanding that the stated processing time was 3–4 weeks. I was fully prepared to wait, knowing the product was made to order. After five weeks passed with no updates, I emailed for a status update. The automated reply indicated I should expect a response within 1–5 business days. After waiting six business days with no reply, I followed up with another email, which again went unanswered. I then reached out through the Shopify app, simply asking for an update on my order.
Instead of receiving a straightforward update, my order was abruptly canceled. I immediately clarified that I did not want to cancel—I only wanted to know when I could expect my order, as it was purchased as a birthday gift. At that point, the shop owner responded that the order had been canceled due to the "tone" of my messages.
This was extremely disappointing. I had been patient, waited beyond the stated timeline, and only asked for a status update after two unanswered emails. Canceling my order rather than providing basic customer service was unprofessional and discouraging.

Betrug und Abzocke

Wir haben im Mai 2022, 2 Jacken bestellt.

Bei erstem Versand hat es wohl Probleme bei der Zustellung gegeben oder beim Zoll.
Daraufhin haben wir den Shop kontaktiert, welche angeboten haben die Jacken für nochmal Versandkosten, ein weiteres Mal zu versenden.
Das Paket steckt nun laut Verfolgung nun seit 2024 im Versand fest.

Nun sind mehr als 3 Jahre vergangen und wir haben weder die Jacken, eine Rückerstattung oder eine Teilerstattung erhalten.
Wenn man nicht sichergehen kann, dass die Produkte bei den Kunden in der EU ankommen, sollte man den Versand dahin nicht anbieten.
Dazu werden unsere Nachrichte nun ignoriert 👍 wirklich ekelhaft, wie man die Menschen ausnimmt.
Hoffe mehr Leute bringen es zur Anzeige.

Took my order 4 years ago

Took my order 4 years ago. Refused to give a refund when a manufacturer had issues. At the beginning of 2025 cancelled the order and still refused to refund me. Called me a “difficult” customer and stopped all communications

Customs and lack of information!

They are terrible with communication, I wasn't informed about having to pay customs (silly me thought that was covered with the price/ shipping) and I had to pay an extra £55 so my boyfriend could receive his hoodie!
I'm not happy at all, no response from their customer support and I still haven't received a hoodie I ordered a year ago too!
Avoid this company at all costs

Does Not Reply

I pre-ordered multiple items in July 2024 that have slowly come in through the months.

On 22 January, 2025 the final 2 items were shipped with a UPS tracking number with expected delivery 26 January, 2025.

By 29 January UPS tracking stated delayed with a comment to reach out to sender to initiate a lost item claim.
I have reached out to their team, using 2 emails provided, at the very least 11 times in the past weeks, that have turned into months. Of those 11 times, I was responded to twice. The first one was with my initial inquiry where the parcel was stating delayed with sender to initiate claim. They said to give it a few more days to show up. The second time they replied they replied in a way that made it clear they didn't read my email and stated the item was delivered. They were referrring to the partial order sent earlier in the month and not the 2 final items I was inquiring about.

As of today, 13 March, 2025 I have initiated a claim with UPS, still have not heard from The Kigu Stop, and have also initiated a claim with for refund.

As of 3 April I still have not recieved communication nor refund or items.

For those who are in this situation as well, we can file claims with: The FTC, The BBB, and the Genral Attorney Offices.

There are active claims open for KiguStop with the BBB and WA State General Attorney. KiguStop is based out of California so their General Attorney should be contacted along with your state's.

Seriously DO NOT order from this company.
I ordered from them back in March of 2024 and haven't been able to get a single response as to where my order is.
I am so unbelievably disappointed but I have given up on ever receiving the item I PAYED for.

DO NOT order from this company. I ordered from them in MARCH of 2024 and as of January 20th, 2025 I have not received my item, and all of my emails have gone ignored.
Do not give this woman your money.

I am deeply disappointed and shocked

I am deeply disappointed and shocked by the product I received. It feels like a cheap, unfinished, and extremely flawed item sold at an unreasonably high price. I expected so much more, especially considering the claims of quality and craftsmanship.

This is not what I would call loving, handmade work. To make matters worse, they’re asking to keep 30% of the value for a return, despite the product being a clear PRODUCTION ERROR on their end. It’s simply unacceptable.

And on top of it: i waited more than a week for my comment to appear on the KiguStop-Website - it was WAY MORE nicer than this one and they didn't publish it since then.

Will never buy there again and will ABSOLUTELY not recommend it to anyone!!!

Long wait…

The quality has really gone down through the years.

Don't buy unless you want to wait 1-2 years on the product. She keeps making excuses to the delay. Really bad business model...

Awful company

Awful company. She keeps making excuses for late items, deletes complaints on her social media and items aren't like how they're shown in photos. Bad business model.
