No issues were encountered during the delivery of my order. They have a wide selection of items that I have purchased from them. Highly recommended. I will frequently buy from them.

I got scammed $798 from this website that claims to sell authentic Hermes Bleus d’Ailleurs dinnerware. It seems to be based in UK. After waiting for 18 days, 1 of 3 items finally came in this badly taped up self made card box with crappy styrofoam pieces with a return address “JFK, 14709 182 nd st., Jamaica NY 11413”. They didn’t even bother to get a fake Hermes box like they did for other buyers. The item is fake because the artisan stamp at underside is missing. The color of the pattern and the logo are nothing like the real Hermes.
There are actually numerous similar claims against this website but I only saw them after placing the order. I confronted the seller but was told that those bad reviews were posted by competitors and the products I would receive were original, which turned out to be a lie.
The seller also refused to give me a tracking number, saying that the items were shipped through importer in large amount so to avoid import tax and then transferred to usps, which by then I would receive a tracking number but I never did.

Good prices for popular and unique items. A little problem with customer service (responses can be slow and not complete) but it is currently being resolved (still waiting to receive the rest of my order). Shipping is pretty quick, received a few weeks after ordering.

I would order from them again. Would be 5 starts if I received everything posted on a listing. This was a Christmas gift ordered in November 2022 so disappointing I'm still waiting.

Sent imitation Hermes merchandise that looked nothing like the picture that I ordered. Total scam.

I received a broken item from my purchase. I got in touch with customer support. I received my money back right away. Within a few days, my account was credited with the amount I paid, and I can use that money to repurchase the item.

I bought this Bleus d'Ailleurs Dinner Plate. I already have a collection of different Bleus d'Ailleurs. I had been seeking for this artwork for quite some time before seeing it on The King Decor. I am quite pleased with both the goods and the package. I am certain that I will shop again.

I have initiated return claim. Let's see where the King Decor DBA Dearly Home on my credit card statement is - in UK?, or Paris as advertised?, or China where items arrived from? They advertise that they provide tracking number but numerous requests for tracking info went unanswered. It's now obvious they are covering up for a fraudulent business of selling counterfeit items.
EDIT after King Decor’s reply: I placed 2 orders with you on the same day for two different items - one sent to our NY home (not a friend) and one sent to our CA home. I will be back in NY Nov 21 (as I communicated to you) to deliver the counterfeit porcelain to the FBI or governing authority. The first order arrived yesterday to me in CA and I am 100% certain it is counterfeit, including the Hermès box! So you are running a deeply dishonest (and illegal!) racket to traffic in counterfeit goods. As I said, my understanding is that my duty is to turn over the goods to the FBI and I am looking into that now. I have not received a refund from you however I placed the credit card charge in dispute and they are investigating.
Update 11/19/2022 - I’ve arrived to my NY home and opened the box from China purchased online from King Decor who gauaranteed 100% authentic on their website. The “Hermès Bleu D’Ailleurs” porcelain advertised is horribly fake, extremely low quality too. No one should buy from King Decor - it is illegal what they do.
