Thekitchenwholesale Avis

Buyer Beware.

My experience with The Kitchen Wholesale has been extremely disappointing.

I paid $2,275.00 by ACH for a wholesale order. After my payment was received, I did not receive the products, a valid tracking number, or a refund. Despite multiple attempts to communicate with the company, my issue remains unresolved.

Because of this experience, I have filed complaints with my bank and the appropriate authorities for investigation.

Based on my experience, I strongly recommend that other businesses exercise extreme caution before sending payments to this company and thoroughly verify all information before placing an order.

If this matter is resolved, I will update my review accordingly.

the kitcken wholesale is a total scam, i have paid for products now they are not responding. and the address given on there website is the address of another company plus phone number belongs to someone else.

Scam Alert!

I placed an order with this company on September 12th based on their written assurance that if Amazon did not approve us to sell the product, the order could be canceled and fully refunded. After spending about a month trying unsuccessfully to obtain Amazon’s approval, we informed the company that we wished to cancel the order as agreed.

Following that request, the seller stopped responding entirely — no replies to emails, phone calls, or messages. When I researched the company further, I discovered that the same phone number is connected to another business operating under a different name in a different state, offering identical promises.
