This is the second time we have come to Elif's breathwork sessions, and I certainly wasn't disappointed. The first time I wasn’t in a good place but Elif was so warm and welcoming and her guidance through this was invaluable. The breath work with Elif was truly amazing. Her manner is very gentle and intuitive and she guides you through a unique breathing session with expertise and ease. She prepared a comfortable, grounding, calm and peaceful space for us. I felt completely safe, cared for and I’am so grateful for her warmth guidance during our session . She’s very informative with what is going to happen and how we would feel during and after the breathing session. Once I had found my breathing rhythm under her instruction I felt so relaxed and allow my mind and body to focus on the breath .I found the process thoroughly engaging, cognitively stimulating and emotionally balancing.I would highly recommend trying breath work with Elif she will really makes you feel relaxed and rejuvenated, transformed.

Elif’s breathing exercise helped me tremendously to reduce my fear of breathing. I fear of breathing through my mouth thinking it will trigger my coughs and it will leave me breathless. Completely opposite I let it go and it helped me to reduce my stress, increased my physical energy, and after the session I felt more calm, relax and emotional. My husband and I attended Elif's Breathwork session and were really impressed. Elif works hard to make sure that the environment is welcoming, warm and non-judgemental. The sessions are motivating and well guided with plenty of prompts for this who are not sure what to do. Elif is warm and encouraging and you feel safe under her guidance. Would definitely recommend this to anyone who is curious to explore the benefits of breathwork.

It was my first experience of a breath work workshop. I didn't quite know what to expect! Elif created a lovely warm, cosy area where we felt safe and relaxed. I attended a Breathworks session with the lovely Elif recently. Having not had this experience before and not knowing quite what to expect during the process or the aftermath, I went with an open mind and the intention to throw myself into it whole heartedly. I am so glad I did. I felt something change in me for the better as I let go of experiences in the past that were restricting my future. For me, one of the biggest challenges before working with Elif, was narrowing down who my dreamboat clients are and understanding how to pursue multiple client groups at the same time?

During my clarity session with Elif we have been able to create two very specific client groups, create a strategy and a practical action plan for implementing that strategy within a clearly defined time frame.

I came out of our session feeling much more clearer as to what my next steps should be. Element of accountability is also extremely helpful.

Elif has a very generous, carrying and disarming way about her that makes you feel at ease, knowing she has your back. Couldn’t recommend her enough!
