Lovely plants.
One was packed upside down (opposite direction to arrow printed on outside of box) but has recovered.
Let down by DPD regarding delivery which arrived 24 hours after original stated delivery time.

I sent an email and pictures for help on my Chinese Money tree that was gifted to me. I am very thankful for the email with lots of information for me to help my plant. Reassuring me I can help my plant survive! Thank you for the support and great communication!

FIRST TIME BUYING INDOOR PLANTS ONLINE AND LITTLE BOTANICAL WAS THE PLACE TO GO , WONDERFUL PLANTS, SO HEALTHY AND PACKAGED WITH GREAT CARE , A 1 HOUR DELIVERY SLOT AS WELL FROM THE COURIER, COULD NOT HAVE CHOSEN BETTER, 5 STAR EXPERIENCE

My plants came, just as promised. I was kept up to date with the slight delay due to the effects of the heatwave on the orchid I ordered and had a really nice email chat with the company.
The personal touch makes a big difference. The plants are beautiful. I'll be back!

Though the plants looked good and on time the customer service is NIL.
Failed to reply to chat, emails and phone calls. No message card which was very important for this delivery and didn’t take 15% discount off for first order. I got acknowledgments but no reply/answers

Plants delivered very quickly and extremely well packaged. As they have only just arrived can’t comment on their longevity but they appear healthy at this point and are much better quality and were better packaged then ones I bought from another online company.

Will order from them again.

Only slight negative, I didn’t get a dispatch update until the day the parcel was due to be delivered which didn’t allow me to plan to be around to take the parcel in.

I initially tried the little botanical as I wanted a specific plant and I found it here at a cheaper price. I wasn't sure what to expect, but thought it worth a try. I was not disappointed at all. Firstly, the packaging is excellent and there was no way any harm could befall a plant wrapped with that much care, unless the delivery driver did a drop kick with the box. Secondly, the plants were bigger than expected and in such good condition, they almost didn't look real!
You have access to advice and after care support which is also a nice touch, and this definately will not be my last purchase from here. Highly recommend!
