The manager at the Lincoln Park location Dorothy could not have been more helpful when I came to look at the lockers! Found a good location and got me acclimated to the facility very quickly. On move in date, the assistant manager Maria was very good at providing instruction on the free move-in truck, how all operated and helped with securing space for the truck upon return. Facility is very clean, well lit and monitored. I'm very happy!

Larry the manager was so helpful and trust worthy during the rental process and move in.

The lady at the Eden Prairie location is amazing! She's super helpful and friendly, and goes out of her way to make the experience the best it can be. Highly recommend!

People Power, Understanding & providing a Service that is so well needed, especially since so many People are into & fixated to THEIR THINGS, as I am is how a Corporation gets ahead in this Industry; whereby 1000s of People move every Day, in some capacity. Knowing that "MY STUFF" will be housed in a Facility that is the epitome of Cleanliness makes me sleep better at night. It is so immaculate, I could eat off the floor - as they say.

Plus, the Juneway Terrace Facility is close to home so I can stop in often & pull items that i might need or leave off more things. JONATHAN GABBARA, the Site Manager explained the entire process to me & answered my Questions when I stopped in on July 15, 2023. You could not have found a more cordial & educated Manager. When I initially called to find out about them, I spoke to CARLOS, explaining I had often biked past the place & admired how clean it was. Then all of a sudden I needed to move 157 BOXES of my Cat's Writings - as She is becoming a Media Star & became des-PURR-ate. Iin this day & age, Customer Service is hard work as you have to put up with a bunch of People & Personalities - potential customers who are DUMB since they do not know THE INDUSTRY so it takes a certain breed of Employee with patience to put-up with this kind of ignorance for an 8 hour shift, week-in & week-out. Nobody wants to be considered 'unknowledgeable' altho there are no 'stupid questions.' When it comes to MY THINGS, I am very possessive. I enjoy doing business with them. HAD I inherited, I certainly would invest in stocks with THE LOCK UP SELF STORAGE because with global warming; moving & the shifting nature of life these days, MOBILITY is #1 & making sure your precious & priceless mementos are safe & sound means The World to us who are in-transit! Thank you for taking THE EDGE off my 'Edge.'

The units are very clean and well-managed, at a reasonable price.

Lockup hired a contractor to sand the aisles on the 7th floor where my storage unit is located. All the sanding dust got into my unit and covered my possessions with fine white dust. I reported this to management and was told I would get a rent rebate for a month (which I never received). Then when I went back (2 months later) to report never receiving notice of a rebate, I was told the time had lapsed for me to get a rebate. I NEVER got a notice from Lockup of the rebate process. Then the manager (Mary Ann Isabelo) told me Lockup would clean and move my property to another clean unit. When it came to to do this, I was only allowed 24 hours to have this done. She then told me on the day of the cleaning and moving I had to move my property myself, she said Lockup staff would clean but NOT move the property. Given I only had 24 hours to do this I did not have time to hire someone to move the property. She insisted she told me that I had to move the property myself. My wife who was with me when I discussed this with her is a witness and also said we were never told we had to move property ourselves, Mary Ann intimated that Lockup staff would do the move. Well we were fortunate to be able to hire someone that afternoon and was finally able to clean our property and move to another unit. I am totally NOT happy with what happened.
