I was charged 79.99 for a facial. Instead of a proper facial, I was asked to buy the product that was over 3k. This was the worst experience ever. There was so much pressure to buy a product and questions regarding my work instead of providing a proper facial. The point was to make a sale not an actual facial service. I hated this experience. It made my very uncomfortable. I paid but I will never return. This place should be shut down.

Ordered a dress in November Has never shipped and no response by customer service to either ship item or give a refund Coming up on 3 months now… 🤬

Its been 3 months and I have not received my order. I have tried contacting customer service and I never get a response back! FURIOUS!

Never received order I paid for.

I was so disappointed with my purchase, looked expensive and good quality in catalogue, but it was cheap plastic especially for what was paid. I usually do checks on websites but this one slipped through the net. I should have known as it took weeks to arrive.

NOT SUITABLE / SAFE FOR HUMAN CONSUMPTION No Tamper-Evident Seal - The bottle appears to lack any safety seal nor an inner foil seal. Legitimate dietary supplements must include tamper-evident packaging to ensure the contents haven’t been altered or contaminated. No Lot Number or Expiry Date which are essential for quality control, recall tracking, and consumer safety and the absence of this information is a major indicator of a product that has not undergone proper manufacturing protocols. No Manufacturer Contact Information - Reputable supplement companies always provide at least a physical address, or customer service contact. The complete lack of traceable contact details makes accountability impossible. Inconsistent or Misleading Labelling.

Scam!!!! They are from china!! Bra nothing near true to size!!!! They stole my 35 bucks now I want a refund and to ship it back but they gave me some address in china and I pay for shipping!! Bad bad company!!!! Do NOT ORDER!! FROM THEM!! Awful

Scam! Shipped from China. Took 2 months for it to say it was delivered. Never received the product. Contacted the company several times for a refund with no response.

This product omits the fact they are “made in China” Very misleading. The. The product took 10 weeks to come. I had already written it off as a scam and ordered similar or better product from Amazon which arrived the next day. Do not waste your time or $$
Also a telling factor as to their integrity as a company, they only respond to good reviews.

They advertise made in USA but they are made and shipped from China! Took 9 weeks to arrive from China.
I requested to cancel and refund after discovery of fact they were made in China but no response or refund! Had to contact credit card.

My order status never updated beyond "confirmed". When I contacted customer service for an update, they just apologized for the delay but didn't offer any progress or ETA. After repeated back and forth with vague responses from the seller I requested a refund and they have stopped replying all together. It has been over a month now and no product, no refund and no reply.

I like their lamp as it has a lot of colors, it’s made of high quality aluminium hence not easy to break, It’s easy to assemble and use.
