Amazing 1920’s night with Rahul and his team with the 360 photobooth. The props supplied and footage after was fab. Memories have definitely been made! The customisation/personalisation of the videos were also a real touch.

Amazing experience
We were lucky enough to win a competition with Luxe 360 Booths on instagram and they provided us with a free photo booth, props, attendant (Andrew you were amazing!) and a guestbook with printed photos.
Everything was wonderful. Clear communication throughout and a very professional company who clearly care about their customers.
Guests really enjoyed it and we had so many compliments! Thank you so much for helping us to create wonderful memories with our guests.

Luxe 360 Photo Booths went above and beyond to ensure my friend's 40th birthday party was a success. Despite initial communication hiccups (on both sides), they proactively found an alternative booth and upgraded the package for me at no extra cost. Their exceptional customer service and dedication to making our event memorable are truly commendable. Highly recommend!

Highly recommend. Bought a Photo 360 booth from this company the quality is so high. Feel like I’ve had a mentor this last few weeks since buying the 360. He’s been there day and night for support. Even if I contact at 10 o’clock at night at an event, he always answers and replies and sort the issues out straight even though it’s to do with luma booth. I couldn’t set this business up without this company. Will only buy from this company.

Absolutely fantastic! The communication was clear and quick, the staff on the night were lovely and polite. They even suggested having the party itself as the backdrop which added to the photos and made them look loads better.
The price for 2 hours was brilliant which included 2 staff and unlimited photos was the best price out of every company I looked into! Would 100% recommend and use again! Some guests at the party liked them that much they actually wanted information about them on the night!

Scamming con man
I give the 1 star for communication as that’s great but people that are scammers and con men are great at communicating.
Brought media photobooth with flight case from luxe 360 from eBay they persuaded me to buy out of eBay with a discount and have now been removed from eBay for false advertising.
Promised delivery then made excuse after excuse for delay. Wouldn’t give correct tracking number. Tried to hide where the item had originated from. They boast manufactured in England but after being forced by PayPal to give a correct tracking number guess what it was from china. Eventually turned up late flight case severely damaged beyond use due to wheel missing and dents.
Turned the item on (computer) and guess what all the settings were for Hong Kong and all the plugs were foreign.
This is false advertising as they kept making it very clear that it was made in the uk which is why I wanted to purchase and pay a bit extra to support the British economy. The identical item I could have got for £799 of eBay from Hong Kong but I wanted to buy British.
Clever man on computer and Conversation very convincing but a scammer. Do not buy from these people.
They are also know as real deal holidays to get away with all the scamming.

Firstly we have no record of a purchase under your name from us and we believe it is your husband who purchased from us.
Thank you for sharing your feedback. We take all reviews seriously and are committed to addressing any concerns our customers may have.
Firstly, we do not sell 'media photo booths,' so we are unsure what specific product you are referring to. However, we want to clarify several points regarding your purchase:
1. **Origin of Components:** We have always communicated transparently that not all components of our booths come from the UK. This information is provided in our terms and conditions, which were agreed upon at the time of purchase. We have recorded phone conversations where this was explained in detail. While some parts do originate from international suppliers, we ensure they meet our high standards of quality.
2. **Tracking and Delivery:** We provided a tracking number promptly and it is untrue that Paypal forced us too. There was no need for PayPal to intervene in this matter and you have done this yourself claiming non receipt of the goods, yet we have a delivery photo. The delay in delivery was partly due to your husband's change in the iPad specifications after the initial agreement, which naturally extended the delivery time.
3. **Condition Upon Arrival:** You decided to make a video and recorded the unit upon arrival, and no damage was reported at that time, including in DHL's proof of delivery photo. You then stated a wheel was damaged for the flight case, which we acknowledged was perhaps a DHL transit issue as we had a photograph of the unit undamaged before dispatch and to be fair we went and accepted your issue with the flight case wheel even though DHL rejected the damage claim as they had a safe place photo with no damage - just so we were paying out under our 5 year warranty which was acknowledged, and we sent a replacement part immediately via FedEx at no additional cost to you.
4. **Additional Support:** As a gesture of goodwill, we included a free red carpet for the delay in build even though it was not our fault as your husband changed the order specification after purchase. We also offered to hire one of our units to you as you had an event and provide staffing free of charge, which was declined. Our terms and conditions clearly state we are not responsible if you take bookings before receiving the photo booth but we went above and beyond again to resolve this regardless.
5. **Business Integrity:** We operate under a single business name with a registered UK trademark and address. The claims of us being scammers or conmen are taken very seriously and we are seeking legal advise on. We have numerous satisfied customers who have left positive reviews, reflecting our commitment to service and quality and never had negative feedback before on any platforms, yours is the first.
6. **Legal and Fraud Claims:** Given the severity of your allegations, we have reported the matter to the police and Action Fraud who have launched an investigation into your husband and the matter. We have also provided PayPal with comprehensive evidence to support our case, including video proof, warehouse, police report proof and communication records. Oddly as per our terms and conditions on customised products we have offered you a return of the item if you pay return costs and you have declined this and wish to keep the photo booth and accessories but also want a refund, which is unreasonable.

The final outcome has now been ruled by Paypal and they ruled in our favour as did DHL.

1000% recommend if you want something to make your party stand out from the rest! A friend hired these guys for my wedding and I have since used them for another friends nikah! I booked luxe 360 to provide the selfie booth and the audio guest book for my daughters 13th party. Everyone absolutely loved these 2 special additions to the party and the event wouldn't have been the same without them. The staff were friendly and professional at all times. Wow what can I say the whole team at luxe 360 are just incredible!! Thank you so much for coming to Kades 18th surprise birthday party the 360 booth was so good, a great modern twist to a boring video everyone loved it. We added the audio telephone to our package and I’m so glad we did! Such a quirky addition to the party and something to keep forever. We’ve had such a fun evening and this has been the best way to entertain guests of all ages & the videos are amazing quality you get them instantly!
