Linda at The Lytle Group was absolutely amazing when I was remortgaging. It was a fairly complex process due to also removing someone from the deeds and Help To Buy and I had a really challenging experience with my solicitor. Linda and her team went absolutely above and beyond for me, responding to any of my queries incredibly quickly and even calling my solicitor herself to get things sorted. Her actions actually ended up saving me a huge amount of money, as she was successfully able to get my solicitor to produce a document that they told me they would be unable to do.
