The Mad Hatter of Durham Avis 

Very impressed with my Mad Hatter purchases. They are of extremely good quality. One fault is I often find them to be out of stock of my chosen colour and you need to be wary of the sizing. Myself and one daughter have very small heads, some of the hats tend to be on the large side which suits my other daughter who has a large head.
defiantly be buying more if colour choice is available . They come nicely packaged in a box which is excellent for gifts.

I have bought from this site on a few occasions. Always been easy to navigate and delivery is always swift. Thr bag is great quality and makes for a good present.

Lovely pompom but there was no second part for the stud to snap on to. Am I supposed to buy a pack of large studs in order to fix it to my hat?

Absolute legends and an awesome hat. Their silk lined beanies are waaaay better value for money than a lot of other companies so huge love for that. Shipping was a little slow so just order ahead if you need it for something but overall that’s barely worth mentioning.

I have a growing collection of hats from the mad hatter and the quality is outstanding they wash so well and retain the shape brilliantly .
the range of styles are very good and massive selection of colours and choice of styles they are beautifully packaged for gifts with gorgeous matching mittens for winter .
I also adore my growing collection of headbands also.

Fab hats love them all anyone who doesn't have one needs to buy one!

Ordered 5 hats, including gifts, but sadly some were out of stock. The 2 i received are lovely, well made and comfortable to wear. Would recommend the products overall. Communication good with company. Think the website,/ordering could be smoother to avoid disappointment of missing out on stock availability.

Best hats on the market. This is my 3rd. The quality is beautiful but I love that they dont create pressure on my head - they sit lovely all day long without that feeling of compression on your head. Gorgeous colours.

Quick delivery - packaged well - I know have over 17 of their pom pom hats which i love as nice and warm

Have contacted them twice to help with a press stud to attach one of their pompoms. No answer at all. Even to tell me the size of stud so I can search myself.
Pompom itself is 5-star.
