We are sorry for the delay in your item. You have been quite rude and aggressive in your emails. Your item is being delivered next week as stated in the emails. We also offered you a gift card and an apology for the inconvenience. You have ignored these emails and gone straight to saying I'll just leave bad reviews about you. Your order cannot be cancelled as its in transit ready to delivery next week. Yesterday was the first time we have heard from you in regards to cancelling your order.

Hello, Thease products look beautiful and are worth the money . You dont need to keep polishing up as thease items are like a mirror . I touch my bread bin lid and it doesn't even smudge . The lady even went out of her way late at night asking other members of the team for the items I wanted . Very friendly and caring

I don’t suggest to buy from them. They lie and don’t reply. I ordered a product original price 149 but what I got is a fake Chinese product. I asked three times before purchasing “ are you sure that this will be the right product ?” They said yes same as advertisement. His advertisement is a cheat and scams people. They just take your money and not giving refund. I hope this helps for people wanting to purchase to do not do. Shame there my item >>>cordless split end hair trimmer / no name and no manufacturer / no Split Ender PRO from Talavera.

This has been a constant argument with you. You found your product cheaper elsewhere and because you wanted to return it for this reason, which by the way isn't part of the returns policy you have slated my company all over. Even Laybuy who you used have agreed with me. So please stop with this behaviour
