It takes days to make our teacakes so it’s always heartbreaking to hear that they didn’t arrive perfectly.

Bought into the social media hype and bought a box of six from M&S ,what a letdown !£6 for 6 total rip off .Strange taste ate 2 and throw the rest in the bin.Dont waste your money.

I’m so sorry to hear you didn’t love our marshmallows. Our raspberry and champagne mallows are made with British raspberries and rosé champagne and really do taste delicious - so I would love to pop you out a replacement box in case you had a box that was placed somewhere peculiar in transit.

Packaging nice, marshmallows not.
Packaging is lovely but the marshmallows not so much. Had the raspberry & champagne flavour, which didn’t really taste of anything. Only the few sprinkles of freeze dried raspberry on the top was all I could taste.

Unfortunately received the wrong order
Unfortunately received the wrong order, a replacement was sent out a couple of days later. This delivery was then delayed and arrived too late, after I had left for the birthday weekend - birthday tea cakes currently sat behind plant at front door 🫤

Very expensive and awful taste
Bought the expensive box of 6 marshmallows as they seemed delicious (Raspberry and champagne), presentation is beautiful but smell is very very odd and it tastes awful! I gave one to a colleague to see if maybe it eas just me being weird and she said that the cheap ones from the poundshop are nicer lol, she ain't wrong...they ended up in the bin. Don't bother with these.
