Bad customer service
The customer service is kind of crappy. Even when using the One service at $110 CAD/month, they often would just link to their existing documentation as an "answer" and it felt like a fight to get custom help (which is what One is supposed to provide). At times, they got angry with me when I became confused by their instruction, didn't know something they told me to do, or how I lacked the knowledge I was getting support for. At times, they'd write at me in all caps when I didn't know what the problem was. When I asked if I could have the custom code to style a form, they literally replied to just use CSS to style it. That's it. Thus the fight to get custom support.
Good theme but things can break at will and have. It is difficult and expensive to get any help. There's also quite a steep learning curve in learning how to use the theme.
Two stars for the theme with three stars deducted for awful customer service and how things in their theme break -- even after they themselves installed it into your theme. Now, I deeply regret buying a lifetime license and I should have gone with Elementor.
