Two weeks in a row did not deliver me the freshest skimmed milk available. Both such weeks a fresh one was delivered to a local synagogue. My order was once a week so I need milk that lasts a full week and not 5 days.

They are now pestering me with demands to pay for milk that didn't meet the standards. Fighting over £3.18, really...

And as they say they don't guarantee to deliver you the freshest milk they have available I had to cancel the order and I suggest others do similarly unless you have a big enough household to finish all the milk they deliver within 3 days.

Don’t trust! The delivery driver for Lewsey Farm, Luton drives into our street at 4am BLARING club music and sitting in his van drinking his coffee while his loud van idles (which is illegal, by the way) and this morning he blew his nose, opened his van door, threw the tissue on the ground and drove off.

I contacted the company for the first time end of August 2025 to set up an account and had a very quick feedback and exchanges by email. Since then, I was never delivered on the first Friday as first expected (the driver informed them they do not deliver to my address anymore on that day). I then changed my order to receive milk only on Mondays. The delivery never arrived, emails and calls are not answered.
