My own experience- I ordered a linen suit for a wedding, size XL 44" chest as per their website size guide.
The suit arrived after 4 weeks (website states 10-12 days).
The label was XL the suit jacket was two sizes smaller - 40" chest. No use to me!!
I emailed immediately, stating the fault and my wish to return it and receive a refund. What happened next is quite unbelievable....
First they denied there was a problem and the suit was within manufacturing tolerance. Then, they offered a 15% refund which I refused. They then offered a 30% refund - the suit is of no use to me, why would I pay anything for their defective product? Alternatively I could pay to ship the item to China (not Netherlands or London, UK return address) AND pay the customs/import charges myself - this was to return an item supplied incorrectly!
They then, after more photos and a strongly worded email accepted the fault and offered a full refund, which I accepted, feeling relieved that this debacle was at an end.
Unbelievably, they then changed their mind, reneged on the agreement and offered 30% refund, claiming they are a small business and cannot afford to refund!
I have now reported them and raised a dispute via my bank and VISA. I have also reported them to The UK International Consumer Centre (UKICC) ukecc.net
Save your hard earned money and heartache - do not deal with this disreputable, unscrupulous business.
Anyone who has suffered at the hands of the Modehub.com, please report them to your bank and the UKICC. The more compliants submitted the more likely this business will get shut down.

Stay well clear from this company. The coat I ordered and paid arrived Two more weeks than they stated and the item I received it was so disgustingly cheap and no where near the design I ordered. They are coming from china even there is a European address they stated to me. Also, they are trying to get you cornered to have the item because cost of sending it back is expensive they want you to pay. I wish I can send you the picture of this item to see how terrible it is.

MISLEADING COMPANY - AVOID
They make it look like they’re based in Europe, but returns actually have to be sent to Asia at your own cost (including customs), which is never made clear before purchase.
Their website tells you to use a “Returns” section that doesn’t even exist, and lists different return addresses (Netherlands, UK, then Asia when you contact them).
Instead of allowing a proper return, they pressure you into accepting partial refunds (started at 15% for me) and increase the offer if you refuse. In the end, I had to accept 30% because returning the item would have cost too much.
They have also hidden their address and name on the domain registry, which raises further concerns about transparency.
This feels like a deliberate tactic to stop customers returning items and keep most of the money.
They need to be stopped.
Refusing full refund!
Sent a completely different coat than what I ordered, contacted them asking for a refund, they kept offering me 20/25% partial refund, I agreed to pay the postage and send it back to China on the promise of a full refund. After 4 weeks they said I had to pay a customs charge which I did, I then had to chase the refund again. To my disgust they said as it had arrived after 30 days (even though I posted it way before this) it was outside the return window but would issue a 70% refund! Outrageous, I returned the item which was incorrect to start with, paid the return post to China, paid custom fees to release it and they still wont give me my money back. DO NOT use this company, spend your money elsewhere.
Mis-Sold
Everyone out there. Please don't entertain this company or buy any of their products. What you see on the website is not what it is and their items are made in China and not in Netherlands. They are substandard and are being mis-sold. TheModehub is misleading customers and their returns policy is not what it says. Please don't buy from them as I was stitched up and don't want anyone else to fall in their trap. This company shouldn't be allowed to trade.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS it's a scam and they seem to think that customer rights do not apply to them! Make out as if they are trading from uk but yet it's actually China.. people need to be AWARE of this really bad company who think it's ok to take peoples hard earned money and send pieces of tat that takes weeks to arrive and then refuse refunds!!!!
Scammed
Ordered a jacket on 18th of November that arrived on the 30th of November in which eventually did not suit my taste. So I emailed them immediately in order to return the item as I could not find any return form on their site. They agreed after going back and forth with them and them offering me a partial return of 15% as a "Hassle free return policy" and 30% afterwards as I kept declining their offer as I just wanted a refund (this took several weeks of emailing). They warned me that I most likely needed to pay for the customs fee in which I agreed to do. I posted the parcel on 12th of December, which they totally neglected, left the item at their customs since the 28th of December and never chased it.
On 21st of Januari I emailed them again to advise as the tracking showed that it was still there, they said that customs might get rid/destroy the item if not released as soon as possible. Paid the customs fee immediately so we could proceed the return and told them to further advise, they promised a "clear explanation within 24 hours" but never replied again.
So in short, my advise is to steer clear from this company unless you're looking for overpriced temporary clothing. I genuinely believe you would have a better experience with sellers like AliExpress, Temu etc. rather than with The modehub.

Terrible company do not use! Items arrived after 5 weeks and poor quality. I wanted to refund and was told I had to return to China. They took ages to respond and kept avoiding all questions I had and replied with the same narrative. They said I could give the items to charity instead. But after paying £100 I wanted a refund! Ordered two jumpers with Apres written on them in red. They sent two jumpers with Ski and they were black and white. Just not what I wanted or ordered. After many hours of emailing back and forwards and then saying that I have to pay return postage to China if I want to return them, and like the other reviews, been offered 10, the 20, then 30% refund. I just don’t want them. Now having to pursue with my bank. Do not use.
Absolute shambles
If I could rate no stars I would. Bought a tracksuit for my son for christmas that I paid £60 for in a sale. It was awful,not even worth £1.. Paid for the item to b returned with DPD paid all fees now they are saying they want another £60 from me. I scam of a company, seriously do not buy from this company at all.. I am still having the same ongoing complaint over email with "Bob" where he has started by offering 10%, then 20% and now a final 30% refund. He refuses to accept as per their policy that the shipping costs will be covered by them if the return is due to a defect or error on our part. I ordered a wool coat and got one with a label that says 95% polyester and 5% spandex. Stating something is wool and then sending something with no wool at all is clearly an error on their behalf.
I think he thinks I will just go away and not keep chasing this for the sake of £58. He is wrong and i will keep writing 1 * reviews until he does what is right and refunds the postage for me to return the coat.
False misleading descriptions on…
False misleading descriptions on website. Their merino wool half zip jumper is in fact 100% polyester made in China. It also takes over a month to arrive. Their customer service takes forever to reply and they deliberately don’t answer direct questions put to them.
Terrible quality
Found a great looking tracksuit on their website for a great price. I received the said tracksuit and it is terrible. Supposed to be a men’s LARGE oversized fit, yet it feels like a medium slim fit. Colour is completely off from their pictures. Although the tracksuit is plain you can clearly see its design is completely off from the pictures. Different stitching, no drawstrings, just horrible quality in general. Advertised a whole different product.
Totally different item - cheap and ugly
I have been sent a completely different jacket to the one advertised.
The velvet jacket was over £50 and I have been sent a flimsy velour substitute which is the material I woudl expect from a fancy dress outfit.
The company is a SCAM - please do not use!

It gets better won’t give me partial refund because it’s not in timeframe of there return policy. 16/02/2026 Offered a 30% refund in 3rd February accepted still not received it’s the 13th updating this post Deliberately ripping customers off knowing you won’t get a chargeback through your bank as you refuse to pay return shipping cost. Uk consumer rights don’t apply to them and they know it. I ordered a coat when it came it was completely different to what I ordered and to add insult to injury there where random lettering on the coat i.e xyzfgi like it was a manufactured tester product. I’ve since replied to there response and they still won’t honour the prepaid return label. Just lies these responses from Themodehub and further more call me Karen in the email like I’m some laughing stock. It’s been reported to IPCC and Trading Standards I have to take a 70% loss is unacceptable
