Pokémon card was sent promptly and in good condition but horrendous sticky tape was used on the plastic case to attached a business card leaving residue and marks.
Apparently they thought advertising Thier brand was worth defacing the product they were sending. Strange move when they could have just put the advertisement in the envelope separately.

Hi Ben,
Really pleased to hear that the card arrived promptly and in the expected condition.
However, we’re sorry to hear that the tape left a residue on the toploader. As the case is for protection of the card, and not the actual product itself, we didn’t envisage this being a problem. We are more than happy to send you a replacement toploader free of charge if this would be helpful for you.
Thanks for your custom,
The Nerd Kings
