After a big match day everywhere was clean & ready for us to set up. We had so much help from the staff setting up & packing up such a friendly group. We had a fantastic evening celebrating my 70th Thanks to all at The New Croft

We recently held a retirement party in March, and I couldn’t be more impressed with how everything turned out. From the very beginning of the planning process right through to the end of the event, the service was absolutely excellent.

The team made organising the event feel effortless. They were incredibly helpful, attentive, and always available to answer questions or accommodate requests. Every detail was handled with care, which made the whole experience stress-free and enjoyable.

On the day itself, everything ran perfectly. The staff were amazing, friendly, professional, and always going above and beyond to ensure guests were comfortable and well looked after. Their positive attitude really added to the atmosphere of the celebration.

The food was truly outstanding, beautifully presented and absolutely delicious. Guests are still talking about how much they enjoyed it!

Overall, it was a fantastic experience from start to finish. I would highly recommend this team for any special event, they made a memorable occasion even more special.

I chose this place for my wedding venue, accommodating a large crowd with both a sit-down dinner and an evening buffet. The staff and management were incredibly friendly and flexible. I would strongly recommend it to others.

Wow, where do I even start? Our Christmas party was absolutely amazing! It was thrown together last minute, but it ended up bringing so many people together. We laughed, drank, and just had the best time. Honestly, it’s one to remember!

Hired the function hall for a birthday party. Hall is a great size with ample seating near the bar. The DJ was great. From enquiring to booking was smooth and communication was brilliant. Definitely be using again.

I hired the New Croft for my daughter's 30th birthday party. They helped to make the evening a huge success and I highly recommend them.
Tracy Thomas who helped to arrange the booking was extremely helpful and made it all straightforward.
The venue is ideal for parties and celebrations with a comfortable bar area and a large enough area for a disco, dancing and extra seating.
The bar staff were friendly and very helpful too. I decided to hire the disco used by the New Croft who I also recommend.
I will definitely be using The New Croft for any further celebrations.

Recently had a 2 day football training camp at the The New Croft. Facilities were fantastic and the staff could not do enough for us and made our visit a fantastic experience.

Excellent venue and Tracy really helped when it came to the planning. Would highly recommend.

We were looking for a venue to hold plenty of family and friends for my sons 'Off to University' party/celebration and The New Croft didn't disappoint.
We had plenty of time to set the party up with balloons and decorations etc and to bring food along.
All the staff were very helpful and accommodating.
Drinks flowed and we all had a fantastic evening giving my son a lovely send off to university.

Such helpful staff, Tracy went above and beyond for us as we wasn't sure on the weather but luckily it turned out ok. The children all had a great time and I would definately recommend hiring the 3g pitches as part of a football party! My son loved every minute!

Used for my wedding venue, catered for large numbers for seat down meal and evening buffet. Would highly recommended, friendly and accommodating management and staff teams.

Our wedding was hosted by New Croft in May, Sophie and Tracy were always happy to meet several times before the wedding.

The day ran smoothly with the timings being altered regarding the service of food but Tracy got the changed quickly.

The DJ was given a playlist and added to this as he knew what music suited our guests.

Would recommend the venue and would use again.

I organise a weekly football game here and I am currently organising a 1 off charity event in the summer. Tracy has been the most helpful person I have ever had the pleasure of contacting in regards to bookings, a credit to the whole company. Great facilities, great prices, great staff!

There was lots of great and clear communication leading up to and on the day. The staff at my event were really friendly, there was lots of good food. They hired a DJ for me and table cloths. 10/10 experience

I experienced my first New Croft bingo night this week and what a night it was! Such a good atmosphere! Well done Sophie and team for a brilliant evening! Can't wait to get booked in for the next one!

Held my mums wake at the new Croft back in February. The whole new Croft team made such a difficult day run so smoothly. Showed compassion and care with everyone that came. The buffet was great, especially when you can’t tell them how many to cater for! There was plenty of food, and nothing was too much for them to do! A massive thank you to Sophie, Pete, Tracey and all of team!

I attending the new croft on Thursday as an attendee of a funeral. I was so impressed with both the service and kindness from the staff. The buffet was amazing, (one of the best I have had) the food was fresh and tasty, with a great choice available. I have actually now recommended your venue for a wedding reception.

New Croft hosted DIGI Europe Ltd for our annual conference, upon arrival, the room was set and ready for final mic testing and launch of presentations.

The staff were very friendly and efficient, keeping drinks well stocked and always happy to help.

The conference run smoothly with the assistance of the New Croft Staff. The buffet was well presented, delicious and well received by all DEL staff.
