Our commitment to excellence is evident in every piece we offer, as each bed frame is meticulously crafted using only the finest quality Oak trees. This ensures not only durability and strength but also an attractive finish that will enhance the aesthetic appeal of any bedroom.
We also offer Solid Oak Guest Beds and Solid Wood Bed Frames that are manufactured to the same high standard. Fabulous Service…
We had amazing service from The Oak Bed Store. We telephoned a couple of times to seek help and Georgia was fabulous and extremely helpful. She managed to arrange to hold back our order until we came back from holiday which was very much appreciated. Our Wilmore Ottaman Bed is superb, we are delighted with the quality and beautiful colour of the natural oak. Would recommend The Oak Bed Store to friends and family

This is the second time I have purchased a rolled, single, 3ft mattress from The Oak Bed Store. I was pleased with the first one several years ago and this one is just as good. The company's customer service is excellent and the theyarranged for a courier to deliver. This understandably, took a few days, as we live 150 miles away. The courier was reliable and efficient too. Can highly recommend.

Night night
The company was excellent in customer service. The bed is a quality product. It looks good and is very comfortable. I was unaware that it was self assembly and would happily have paid to have it put up. I was very unhappy with the delivery drivers who were surly and unhelpful.

Réponse de The Oak Bed Store
Hi Vivien,
Thank you for your feedback. We're delighted to hear you're happy with the quality, comfort and appearance of your new bed!
I'm sorry there was some confusion regarding the assembly. Our beds are supplied for self-assembly, as noted in the product description and delivery terms. We do offer an additional assembly service on selected standard bed frames in certain postcode areas, but I'm sorry if this wasn't clear enough at the time of ordering. I'm glad you were able to get the bed assembled.
I'm also sorry to hear about your experience with the delivery drivers. That's certainly not the level of service we'd want you to receive, and we'll make sure your feedback is passed on to our courier.
Thank you again for your kind words about our customer service and for taking the time to share your experience.
Kind regards,
Georgie
