We were buying a new BBQ, Conor was looking after us, he was so helpful and polite, nothing was too much trouble, they had to order the one recommended.
Putting everything together and delivering excellent, I can only recommend.

Visited on the bank holiday Monday and had excellent interaction with the sales guy Pieter. Purchased garden furniture which was delivered the following Thursday. There was a small issue with the table being the wrong colour, these things happen however it’s how a company deals with the issues is a measure of their performance. They came back that very afternoon with the correct colour and assembled it, taking all the packaging away with them when finished. Thank you Sean and Elvis. I highly recommend this company for price quality and professionalism.

Order on Saturday, delivery on Tuesday morning. Staff in garden center really patient and helpful. Prices are not the lowest but still only ca. 60% of prices of neighbouring The Plant Collector.
Also delivery guys super nice and helpful

We received a tracking link which kept us informed and narrowed down the delivery time slot. The men arrived within minutes of the expected time, were very good humoured and helpful and installed our new piece of furniture quickly.

I had a great experience today at this café.

From the moment we walked in, every staff member greeted us with warm smiles and made sure we were comfortably seated. Our order was taken promptly, and the food arrived very quickly.

There was a dietary issue with the bread, and without making it awkward or over-explaining, the staff handled it perfectly. They immediately replaced the entire dish with a new one, no hesitation at all. That level of understanding and respect really stood out.

The service was genuinely thoughtful and made us feel well taken care of. A very pleasant experience overall, and I’ll definitely be coming back and making sure ill bring everyone I know here!!
