Thank you very much for taking the time to inform us about your delivery experience. We are truly sorry to hear that your parcel was delivered in such an unfortunate way. We completely understand how frustrating this must be, especially when a package is left outside in the rain.
Please know that we always do our utmost to ensure that orders leave our warehouse in perfect condition. Once a parcel has been handed over to the carrier, unfortunately the delivery process itself is no longer within our control and is handled entirely by GLS. This means that, regrettably, we are unable to influence how or where the courier leaves the package.
That said, we absolutely want to help you further. We have checked your order and kindly ask you to let us know whether the product is still in good condition. If the item has been damaged, we would appreciate it if you could send us a few clear photos of:
1. the damaged product
2. the packaging
Based on this information, we will review the situation and gladly look into a suitable solution, such as sending you a replacement product.
Once again, our sincere apologies for the inconvenience caused. We truly value you as a customer and will do our best to resolve this matter as quickly and fairly as possible.
